She is amazing! I read reviews that Stephanie was fantastic and man is she great at her job! I feel as though I haven’t had a proper massage until now. She released so much stress, knots, tension and inflammation that had been built up in my body for probably years now. This was the best massage therapy, she tracks your knots demolishes them gently with great pressure and breathing guidance to get you through it. I’m very thankful, you can tell she loves to help people and make them feel better. I’ll definitely be returning.

I was treated for a massage for Mother's Day called to make the appt n was told I no longer have an appt due to not canceling an previous appt so they basically took my mothers gift away from me

Honestly, kind of a strange experience. Booked the massage while on vacation. I booked a 60 minute Swedish massage. Mind you, I have only had 2 other massages so I was really looking forward to this! I can't even tell you who the masseuse was because she never told me her name. She was nice enough, but the only question asked was if there were any places I wanted focus on, which was my back and shoulders. There was no discussion besides that- nothing about the temperature of the room, temperature of the bed, etc. The back/trapezoid massage was thorough- which was appreciated. However, the masseuse massaged each leg and arm for 30 seconds maximum and did not massage neither my hands nor feet. I was pretty disappointed- don't book here if you're looking for a full body massage.

I’m from out of town and a friend recommended Stephanie. I got a deep tissue massage. She did a great job, very thorough. Definitely will come back when I visit down south again.

Stephanie F is amazing! When I started having shoulder issues, she told me what she was seeing, encouraged me to keep moving, told me how to minimize and mitigate the pain, and the importance of following up with a doctor. Thankfully, I did and I was diagnosed with Frozen Shoulder (which was exactly what she was worried my problem was based on what she was seeing). I started a treatment plan which included PT,. When I told my PT what Stephanie had suggested and what she did to help me keep the shoulder moving, he told me that her efforts likely played a key role in my treatment success. I am so glad that I was seeing her monthly! I used to think of it as a guilty plelasure, but now I see the value was so much greater. The toll of daily stress and tension is being faught head on and I have a second set of eyes watching out for my overall body health. Book today, you won't regret it. I highly recommend booking 90 minutes to get the maximum benefit.

Stephanie is AMAZING! Best massage I ever had. She massages muscles that others have never massaged. Those areas tend to hold tension and cause pain in other major muscle groups. She got rid of my pain & tightness, she unclogged my sinuses too! She even massages pressure points. She really knows what she’s doing! She could even tell what kind of exercises and gym equipment I use based on muscle tightness it’s amazing she’s the best!!! Book with her!!!
