Came in for an urgent matter and was cared for with a smile and kindness. My triage nurse Latoya was kind and professional. The doctor, Brooke was also very patient, understanding and prompt. I would return if I needed urgent care again.

I have been to other urgent cats centers but this is by far the best one I’ve been to, the staff was professional, gentle and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I will definitely recommend this place and I will continue to come here, from the three staff women that attended me they were all excellent and professional!!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️loved this place!!!!

I came here to get an abscess drained in a very private area of my body. I was extremely nervous and embarrassed but the staff at the MD was hands down the best staff I’ve met in a doctors office Ever! They made me feel super comfortable and talked me through the whole process. My doctor was Whitney saint-hilaire and she was amazing. Grace and latoya helped get me checked in and assisted miss Whitney and just made me feel super relaxed. I was in and out within 45 minutes. And already feel a bit better. I would come back to this urgent care anytime I need help. Thank you ladies for your care <3

All the staff were very friendly, relatable, and even made me laugh when I felt bad about them having to clean out my ear. They answered every question I had and were just very kind. Tina-FD, Latoya-MA, and Whitney-PA, we’re amazing.
