Omgggg!!!! This place deserves 10 stars! I was sent here by my husband for a mothers day gift, I received a Massage followed by a facial, Let me tell you IT WAS AMAZING, The Therapist Capris had magical hands. She was so friendly professional and good all in one! I felt comfortable, almost fell asleep but didn't want capris to hear me snoring 😴 I will definitely revisit and I told everyone about my plasent experience I received from MALINATED BEAUTY SPA. Now i'm not really one that likes people touching my face but this was the most amazing experience i've had. Kaprice was so professional and kind, work area was super neat and clean! Felt very comfortable definitely will be coming back!

My first time getting a facial ever and Kaprice made my first time so welcoming and so relaxing! She’s the best, she went step by step and let me know everything she was using on my face! 10/10

I went for a brow wax with kaprice and it was great !!!! she took her time and was gentle the whole process, the ambiance was calm and relaxing i can’t wait to come back for a facial !!

Great experience every time I come. I’ve had 3 upper back massages Yolanda and Caprice are my faves! Honestly, everyone is super friendly and professional, however these two have magic hands. Can’t wait to book a facial.

I really didn't want to leave such a bad review for a black owned business, but I was ignored when I tried to handle this in private via email 4 days ago and I have yet to receive a response. They were very responsive when trying to book my appointment because the time I booked online was not able to be honored. The young lady, Aaliyah, who did my husband and I massage, provided great customer service. However, it was clear she probably was not licensed to do massages because of the placement of our bodies during the massage and the same massage method was used for 30 minutes. If she was not licensed, then the company should not have put her in that position just to have a sale. Also, there was nowhere to place our clothes and the towel wrap provided should be thrown away because it has been overly used and looked discolored. Lastly, I had to give my card info over the phone with the manager, Raven to pay and the price advertised on their website is not what we were charged. We were charged more and when I tried to address this via email after leaving because I didn't think it appropriate to do so in front of the associate, I never heard back. I hope this review is helpful to the company to make improvements and future customers.
