I want to share my heartfelt gratitude to the amazing team of my oncologist, Dr. Alejandra Ergle, as well as Cheryl Harvey, Rosa, and all the incredible ladies at the front desk on the third floor. And to every single person in the chemotherapy center — the nurses, assistants, everyone who guides, registers, and supports patients — you are all extraordinary. You are more than medical professionals; you are people with the kindest hearts, working from true calling. You make even the hardest days feel lighter. Your care, warmth, and dedication are felt in every interaction. The world is better because of people like you, and I feel so lucky to have met you. I wish I had met you under different circumstances, but I am forever grateful that you were by my side through this journey. My chemotherapy is coming to an end, and while I am overjoyed, I know that the impact you’ve had on my life will stay with me forever. Every smile, every word of encouragement, every little gesture of support meant the world to me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are the best of the best. I am so happy I decided to come here for my son’s chemo treatments. Doctors here are amazing & when you msg them from the app about anything they answer so quickly no waiting for days like I’ve experienced with other facilities. I can’t say enough about Memorial, they are the best.

Great new facilities and all the staff is very friendly and helpful. From the doctors all the way to the valet.

As someone who has been dealing with awful post-stem cell transplant issues (treatment to live after being diagnosed with CMML), it is such a comfort to have a pharmacy that is so committed to your proper care. Imagine having a pharmacist who speaks directly to your doctor, on their own accord, to make sure you’re properly medicated and then calls you to provide with the most comprehensive information. Also imagine that the pharmacist believes that with everything you’re going through, obtaining and having to pay exorbitant fees on absolutely necessary medication and how to obtain same, should be your last worry. Well I don’t have to imagine because I spoke to Judith, one of the amazing pharmacists at Memorial Cancer Center’s pharmacy, who was so sweet, so nice, and really cared about giving me all the information she received from my doctor and carrying out his instructions. In this day and age when people in their chosen fields don’t really care, it is such a welcome relief to have people on your side. Thank you to the entire Memorial Cancer Center Pharmacy staff for being so wonderful, caring, and helpful! You truly do make the fight an easier one! 🙏🏻🫶🏻🙏🏻

Hello my name is Coney, and I come to the Memorial Cancer Institute all the time as support to my sister Juliana. From day one the staff and team has been amazing. The atmosphere is perfect! I wanted to recognize the check in greeters and the team downstairs. The registration clerk at desk 2 name is Jennifer and she is top tier. Her personality and compassionate spirit stands out above all. There are times my sister is on the verge of giving up and Jennifer makes her feel so special. She waves at us from the door… and has remembered my sister’s name by hard. She offers compliments which brightens up my sister’s smile. Even though there is a small wait… we are always taken care of with Love. Another kudos goes to Roxanne in the lab area. She is very friendly and always gets the stick on the first try. Dr. Vargas team is amazing as well! Thank you Memorial Cancer Institute.

I can’t say enough good things about the team at Memorial Cancer Center’s Hematology/Oncology Department. Dr. Deucht, Paola RN, and the entire staff are truly the best in the world. They are incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated. The level of care they provide to my mother-in-law has been exceptional—we always feel supported, informed, and in the best hands possible. I am deeply thankful for everything they do. Best team ever!
