Very professional. Very thorough. The staff is outstanding and extremely accommodating. Now I’m hoping my procedure worked. It’s feeling like it’s going in that trajection. Would highly recommend!

Nurse María was the best nurse I’ve ever had!! She kept the warm blankets coming during pre-op, made sure I was comfortable, talked to me like a friend, used discretion & helped calm my anxieties about my surgery. Nurse Nadia during post-op was also great- I just don’t remember much bc of the anesthesia ha! :)

I had on of the very best treatment from the staff at the same day surgery at memorial west. From the intake Donna the nurse who called for my appointment to the intake/ registration/ payment, then was handed over to my nurse. Had a little hiccup ( my Covid test was not showing up with my name)😞then my nurse- Maria , The Anesthesiologist, the nurse Anesthetist, my or nurse Palamo( hope I got her name right) to the transporter who make sure my oxygen was place correctly in my nose. Then to top it off Dr Berkovitz is a gem, he came explaining everything, waited and answered all my questions.After my procedure, the nurse was sooo attentive, so was Dr Berkovitz who came and give me an update on my progress and the what was done and my follow up.Donna I’m going to claim her my nurse called to follow up when I was discharged.Wow 😯 what a first class treatment.Thanks team

A five star review for this Same day surgery is given the post care instructions to whoever is or will be under care of the patient and A written bed rest days of instructions
