Stay away for your own good Highly dissatisfied as this is a teaching practice and you see a different resident at every appt. I can’t imagine being an individual with serious health ailments having to visit often and repeating yourself constantly. I’ve only seen one resident worth my time and that was Jessica Etkin Goldberg MD. Today’s hospital follow up visit with Alejandra Roa was the breaking point. I was bombarded with questions with no time to answer. Literally felt like a drivethru experience. Compassion was nonexistent from resident or attending physician. Extremely monotone As aspiring doctors I believe listening to patients should be a top priority. For the sake of my health I will be staying away.

This office gets 1 star. The office staff is very friendly and responds quickly.However the providers rotate every 6 weeks making it ver difficult to manage care. They apparently do not read what the last providers notes.I would not recommend this office to anyone with ongoing medical issues.They also bill your insurance for more time than what they spend with you.BEWARE VISIT WITH CAUTION

Was denied service as a walkin. The reason... “A doctor didn’t show up”. The scary part is that after I told the receptionist that It was a matter of a serious concern and maybe an emergency.Her reply “I maybe able to get you an appointment in 34 days”Monday 12232019 1015am.

Denied my basic rights for moths to see a gynecologist. Are discriminatory towards Hispanic women and if you don’t have the right healthcare. The doctors are rude and treat the patients with no insurance like garbage. A nurse was trying to give me her “medical” advice on what doctor I should see. They try to blame the patient and put them down.

My family and I had the opportunity to become MPC patients about 2 months ago. Besides the outstanding care and flawless and timely services received from all the doctors nurses assistants and other employees wed like to commend Dr. Arjun Khunger for his excellent skills manners and patience. He is an extraordinary human being and we envision a stellar future for this young resident doctor. Overall we got the best services we had been able to observe in more than 15 years of participating in the US healthcare system. We think that MPC and in general Memorial Health System surpasses by far all other providers we interacted with. MPC My Chart tool is an excellent portal of accessing information and to interact with the doctors appointments pharmacy and lab results. Overall we strongly recommend Dr. Khunger MPC and Memorial Health system in general to all willing to be treated at the highest level.

This is my first time writing a review. From since I can remember going to hospital and clinic. This is the first time a clinic has surpassed my expert action. The staff was excellent extremely friendly. The wait time what wait time. The Dr Sadi was super nice. He actually read my chart before entering the room. And took their time with you. Great experience. After this visit Im going to be a regular

rude and disgusting attitude from whoever handled my phone call today will never be contacting this facility again

They was always súper nice with me Dr Reed is very nice and the customer service was always good

The staff have a superiority complex and make you feel inferior and unknowledgeable. They are not forthcoming with their information. The receptionists speak down to the patients. It’s so disappointing.

I was wrong on my last negative review of this place. I recieved great care today and i was taken care of very quick. The doctor spent a lot of time with me listening to all my concerns and issues and found a resolution. I would highly suggest this clinic. Thanks for the great experience and sorry for the last nasty comment i posted months ago this facility did a great job 👍.
