I have been going to this center for as long as I could remember. Staff are great but after receiving my bill, I’m now pay hundreds of dollars on visits that I walked out with really nothing but bandaids and cream. This is NOT an urgent care anymore which I wasn’t aware of. You will be billed as if it were a hospital visit!!!!! Save your money and go else where!!
I took my father @ the end of the day Friday to memorial. .Rita Willis the director of nursing was actually leaving home I was a hot mess she helped my dad he was very short of breathing & got him a wiheelchair .jonelle gillard the nurse was very nice & professional.DR Dubash there’s no words …beside that he was extremely Thorough his bed manners made my dad feel so much better . I have never been to any hospital that staff was so incredibly . Thank you
Let me just tell you!!!! Dr. Eric Hofmeister is the best! My daughter has 2nd degree burns on her arm and I was trying to remain calm while keeping my daughter calm and Dr.Eric Hormeister helped me do that! He was very patient with us and showed that he really cared! Unlike some urgent care centers, they’ll keep you waiting for a long time then after you see a doctor, they’ll see you, say a few words the. Leave but nope, Dr.Hofmeister was with us the whole way! Checking in on us making sure that after we leave I was able to take care of my daughter’s wound properly. If you can ask for a specific doctor , please ask for Dr. Hofmeister!!!!
I'm not a easy reviewer and feel that I'm a little to Honest most time.I also work in a industry which is constantly reviewed.Sometimes it stings.Hospitality industry.I would like to do a review for Dr Eric Hofmeister,DO & his nurse Danielle.I'm mean just wonderful. From the beginning staff to the actual Doctor and nurse. They diagnosed me properly and and gave me the proper medication. The facility was clean well organized and just plain friendly I was extremely surprised I don't usually use this location. I found myself in need at 3 a.m. in the morning the Urgent Care. I was suffering from a major gout attack. I could not use my hands and my fingers work crippling. I'm now typing this thanks the doctor and his nurse. I like to say thank you again for your kindness and your wonderful bedside manners appreciate it.Joey
Beware! This facility looks and feels like an Urgent Care Center however bills you as an EMERGENCY ROOM. I am now paying ER charges out of pocket when I was seeking simple care for my 7 year old's sore throat due to allergies. And by the looks of the comments, I am not the only victim in this scam. Sorry I didn't bother to look at your Google reviews when my kid was sick... This is truly disgusting in my opinion and you should be ashamed of yourselves.
Don’t ever visit this facility. I went in for heart problems and they put me in the same room with 3 other patients. One of them had COVID/fever and I didn’t. The people that work there don’t have much knowledge on what they are doing.
I went to this location twice for swollen tonsils and was told I had a bacterial infection but wasn’t prescribed any antibiotics . I was given a lactated medication to coat my throat and ibuprofen for the pain but , was told I don’t need antibiotics for my infection . I was unable to eat nor drink any food or liquids for almost 5 days . I highly don’t recommend this location to anyone . I ended up going to the emergency room on Sheridan for a shot of antibiotics which helped clear my infection within 24 hours and also antibiotics in pill form
This is an hospital emergency department. No longer an urgent care facility.
I went into the empty urgent care lobby, I mean there was nobody, completely empty. I was having high fever, body aches, sore throat and a very bad headache. After me like 6 different people came in. And they kept calling name after name and skipped me. So I complained and was assured I was next. Then I see the nurse take my sheet and put it towards the bottom of the pile and called someone else. Now, I don’t know what they all came in for because there were no visible injuries. I just left as sick as I came in and they don’t care. It is the worst place.
So I have a question? to Pembroke24/7 .... why is my bill for a minor procedure and simple X-ray using my commercial PPO insurance 1000$ for me? . my plan says I pay 50$ for urgent care and 200$ for emergency ? Somehow this was billed as an outpatient hospital service and since I had not met my deductible I was charged 1000$ for a service that self pay would have been charged in cash around 750 or if I had no insurance? please explain here to the public.when you read this. Are you an urgent care? Are you an ER? or is it like getting a procedure done in the OR in the hospital? If I had gone to Pembroke ER I would only owe 200$ for same visit. its not an error I called.billing. Please let us know. I will change my rating if you can explain this

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
