Worst hospital ever ! I already wrote my review on yelp ! I had to come back and do it on Google! Just the worst !
Worst hospital ever! Wish I could give it zero stars! I brought in my 2 year old after a fall since she was screaming every-time she moved her wrist. No doctor ever examined her, they took her for an X-ray. As I waited in the room a nurse came in and said I’m going to get your discharge paperwork. I explained no one has came in to tell me anything. She proceeds to tell me noting is wrong with her to just rest it. The entire night she cried in pain, I brought her to Joe DiMaggio the next morning and didn’t take them long to see it was nursemaid elbow. 10 mins of waiting they popped it back in place and my baby was out of pain. Very frustrating no doctor even attempted to see what was wrong and my baby suffered for more than 12 hours for NO reason.
Very disappointing experience!I was not pleased by the lack of compassion of this hospital in general. Had my daughter and due to covid restrictions I had to be by myself. I was weak and rely a 100% on the nurses. The nurses were amazing, yet the hospital and the policies in regards to patients put them at risk. Communication with my family was zero to none and more than anything, the lack of compassion was very apparent. I would never want to be in a position to have to use the services of this hospital.
The best attention, everybody is really attentive makes you feel relax through the whole process, always with a smile, and happy to see you and help you. It really feels they are there for you and making the whole experience less traumatic. Excellent persons and professionals.
Came to the emergency room with shortness of breath, chest pain and heart palpitations. A comprehensive metabolic blood panel was done that showed signs of trouble. I guess because the numbers weren't severely out of range(and they were out of range) that it didn't matter. Even gave a urine sample which was never tested. The urine wasn't even looked at. It just sat on a table. Told the nurse, as I was being discharged, that my urine was never looked at. The nurse then replied a sample was taken just in case. Just in case?? A urinalysis probably would've gotten me proper treatment which I received from another hospital a day later. They sent me home with an Albuterol inhaler for a condition that I don't even have. So disappointed with this visit and this was my first ever coming to this facility.

Wound Care center is fraudulent. Dr. Blaine Shatkin prescribed very expensive Hyperbaric Oxygen treatment and had his scheduler book me. I asked them to confirm my insurance coverage as Shatkin told me he would need to present my case to ensure coverage but no certainty. The scheduler told me they contacted my insurer and NO approval was needed. I pressed back asking is all clear. They told me yes and that I could call insurer myself if I wanted to. Well after 10 Very Costly treatments, I noticed insurer was denying claims. Came to find out that Dr. Shatkin refused to make my case for medical necessity as he said he would.....he lied! He wanted his profit center booked over ALL else, including my wound, and without disclosing financial risks to me eventhough he knew them. Very sketchy/unethical behavior. DR. Shatkin is a fraud!Update: the hospital responded and investigated my complaint. They did not charge me for the treatment prescribed by Dr. Shatkin. I appreciate the hospital for correcting the injustice done by their Dr. Shatkin.
They put my daughter in a hallway because there are no rooms available. However, there is lady who is screaming for help in a room next to me and she is in a lot of pain, and the nurses are all at their desks laughing at her and imitating her yells for help. I have been here 2 hours and not one nurse or doctor has seen my daughter. I expect more from Memorial. This place is horrible and will never return.
Della John Rn clinical manager is very demanding instead of doing her job I am havingA Horrible experience they left me in pain for hours from 7pm till 11 pm because they are saying it’s due to pain management however pain management only changed my prescription to pill form because ink was gonna get discharged but this will not be happening anymore I am having surgery tomorrow and will not be going home therefore I should be able to get medicine in the iv

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
