The nursing staff was attentive, caring and professional. They get an A from me. The food included healthy choices and tasted good. The attending doctor was an excellent communicator and took all the time I needed, to answer my questions. Another plus in his favor was a caring and affable personality. The cleanliness was somewhat under my standards, I would have liked to have seen a more thorough job than just mopping the floor. And the bathroom was not cleaned at all during my stay.

Housekeeping needs to start washing floors, wiping counters to improve infection prevention standards in pt rooms daily, very disappointed that the floors were dirty in the mom/baby wing. All the Staff and services were amazing, thank you for helping me deliver a healthy baby :-)

Natalie is the worst when you first enter and seat down to give your information. I gave her my ID and insurance information. She had an attitude and rude to me at all times. I ask a question she never acknowledged me. The hospital needs to hire better people. She even said that she's the floor manager. Wow! That's all I have to say.

From the moment I arrived at MHW for my procedure, my pre-op nurse Flavia was very welcoming with a nice big smile at 5:30am! Very professional, patient, friendly and easy to talk to. Everyone there treated me as family for the duration of my stay. I have no complaints whatsoever.

Everyone that cared for me from the time of my ER registration to discharge were awesome. They were friendly, knowledgeable and was concerned with my wellbeing. Thank you everyone for making certain I was okay and making sure my needs were met.

I almost lost my life due to a medication I wasn’t suppose to have

The service at emergency room was good, but they took too long to get me to a room waiting in the hallway for seven hours. The service in the room was great, the nurses are excellent, but they say the doctor will come and he never came. Finally, a doctor came out and he didn’t even check me out, really poor service from the doctors. I would not like to go back.
