Perfectly fine doctor visit. The staff received and roomed me promptly; a medical student came in and did an initial exam and asked the pertinent questions; Dr Waldron then entered and did his own thorough review. Everyone was polite, professional, concise, and competent. What more anyone want? My only issue is with Memorial Primary Care in general. For some reason they have all these small standalone offices-sometimes with just one provider-that clearly do not get the same resource investment as other specialties. In other places I have lived I could see my primary care doctor (or one of several other of his/her colleagues in the same office), do labs, do radiology, and sometimes also see specialists and get glasses all in the same building. Memorial’s system seems inefficient and places a lot of burden on the patient to make multiple trips and spread out appointments. My suggestion would be to unload all the “storefronts” and shift to multi-specialty office buildings. Again, I am still giving five stars because my experience with Dr Waldron and the staff there was great.

I was treated very good at doctor she is wonderful the staff very very good when I walk in they know who I am and that's what I love and the place is so clean and nice and I'm very happy that I'm going there and seeing my doctor Walker it's a beautiful she is so kind if I have a problem or something bother me she always listen to me and she's there to help me and that's what I love so I'm happy going there thank

The worst medical establishment I have ever been to. You wait at least 40 minutes in the waiting room. 2-3 hours for a simple medical exam. They don't even do blood tests at this location. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere
