I have been receiving my care for about four years now at Memorial West Breast Cancer Institute, and I couldn’t be more grateful. My entire team has been excellent, always attentive, compassionate, and careful with my needs. Rosa has been especially wonderful; as a medical assistant, she has always shown such kindness and attentiveness. I’m also deeply thankful to Dr. Ergle and Cheryl for their care and support throughout this journey.

Within the past few weeks I have met and interacted with quite a few TRULY AMAZING INDIVIDUALS Jennifer and Sherry from the IMAGING CENTER. I also recently met Dr. Shane Joseph, Samantha, Marilyn and Odalys. Their individual personalities were all so calm, comforting and caring. I was having a bit of inner anxieties and tried desperately to stay calm. However, their disposition and compassion made a huge difference as we started a conversation about my concerns and apprehensiveness regarding my health. The "angels with whom I was surrounded by within the last few months leading up to this I express my sincere gratitude 🙏. MEMORIAL WEST IMAGING CENTRE you truly made a difference in our lives with the calm, kindness and compassion you extend to EVERYONE. YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE BECAUSE YOU MAKE US SIGNIFICANT.. So I thank you 😊. I would also like to thank Dr. Heather Wright's office for getting back to me so promptly. You ALL went above and beyond trying to control my anxieties in a gentle and understanding manner today. So with that; I graciously appreciate EVERYONE aforementioned for their time, effort and kindness ❤️ 🙏

I cannot believe that a place that refers to themselves as “a breast care center” can possibly be this uncoordinated. They advertise themselves as an integrated team of oncology surgeons, reconstructive surgeons, radiology and medical oncologists. That is why I chose them. The truth is they are all Memorial affiliated but do not talk to each other and they are not necessarily in the same facilities. They do not come together to develop your treatment plan. 2.5 months into the process I have seen the oncology surgeon and 4 different radiologists. I have asked a question of the surgeon and been told “that’s the medical oncologist.” I ask about the reconstruction process and get the same answer. Neither of Which I have seen yet! Yet, I’m expected to make a major health decision with a 1/4 of the information. The problems I have faced are too many to recount here but let’s just say that I am going to be having a THIRD biopsy, of the SAME areas identified in my original MRI, due to lack of communication between the many providers. 2.5 months, MULTIPLE MRIs, ultrasounds, mammograms, I still do not have a clear picture of what my cancer is or how much of my breast will be removed or if/how it can be reconstructed. The problem is they are seeing too many people and thus have to cut corners. A person is better off finding a smaller independently owned provider. I am so disheartened and disappointed and I’m stuck now because so much time has passed and I can’t start the process from scratch. If I could give a zero rating, I would.

Great place. Only issue is that everyone uses the parking lot for non related services. They need security to enforce parking.

This is a wonderful place to go for your mammogram. The staff is excellent. Ms. Sherry is a wonderful person who is really helpful. She helped, encouraged, & directed me from start to finish. I thank you very much.

All the ladies are extremely attentive to patients needs.
