Very unprofessional. Invited a student as an observer during my visit without asking permission. Special mention. The staff is really rude when answering the phone to make an appointment or follow up to ask for results of biopsy. There is only one assistant after the biopsy that gave me band aid and a cream, when I asked for help, because the first one did not care to do it. Phone staff really rude. I called a couple of times to make an appointment and I never received a call back. Finally today I was able to talk to somebody but I was put on hold 3 times. After 10 minutes. Last person finally could schedule an appointment. I complained about my experience and she did not care, like whatever. Due to all this bad experience I desisted to go to this office .

While the Dr is good his staff does not return calls. In February I was told I needed a treatment that required authorization and someone would cal mel. I’ve called every two weeks for 5 months and rarely get to speak to anyone. When I do I’m told it’s not their fault. I’ve asked to speak with the Dr and am denied.

I’m not one to leave reviews but I don’t want someone else to be robbed like I was. Dr. Elias and Elisa started out as kind and caring people but turned out be fake and phony. As soon as I questioned why i wasn’t getting any results after 9 in depth treatments, Elisa ignored my numerous emails and the doctor showed no compassion or remorse, lacking all morals I once thought he had. Proving all he cares about is the money. BEWARE of these 2 crooks.

The entire office staff from the initial phone call to the visit at the office were wonderful, upbeat, attentive, and extremely competent. Dr Elias was a pleasure to see. I was apprehensive about having to change dermatologist, but that apprehension dissipated as soon as I saw the doctor. His exam of the body was the most comprehensive of the several dermatologists I've seen in the past. Although most dermatologists are reluctant to look at certain parts of the body, Dr Elias did and that reassured me that nothing would be accidentally missed. As an allied healthcare professional myself, I highly recommend this practice. Also I was quite pleased that the appointment started on time.

I came in with some hair and acne issues. Dr. Merrick put me at ease and gave me some great advise on how to take my medications and what I can do for prevention. Overall, a great visit and I am excited to return for a follow-up to see my progress.
