After speaking to the office and being seen with the provider everything was resolved in a positive manner. The office manager and staff were very understanding and apologetic about the delay in my results. They were able to schedule me for a follow up visit right away (same day). What I appreciated most was that they owned up to their mistake, after all no one is perfect and mistakes can happen. This is a perfect example of a successful service recovery and for that I will continue being seen at this clinic. Thank you for making a bad situation into a positive one. Pam the office manager was very empathetic and heard me out. Thank you all!

I came to Dr. Augustino nearly 30 years ago for my annual exam and needless to say I've never gone back to any other OB/GYN. I feel extremely comfortable with him. He genuinely and effectively listens to my questions and/or concerns. He never rushes or limits his time with you to take care of another patient. Dr. Augustino took time with and continuously checked on me during and after my health issues after giving birth to my daughter. It's so funny how we recently had a conversation about him seeing my daughter, who is the child that he delivered. He has the most pleasant, patient and calming demeanor. If you want a doctor who cares about your overall well being, who doesn't view you as a number and one who only sees you as a means of gaining a $1........Dr. Augustino is the doctor for you.
