Didn’t get to see the Dr. because the office is a mess. Checked in at the front counter to be told they would call me right back up. 35 minutes later (I took a picture of the waiting room TV with the time on it) they hadn’t even taken my ID or referral yet (or $100 copay) so can you imagine how long I would have had to wait to see the Doctor after that? Some of us work. I left. I’ll pay out of pocket to see a Dr. with a well-run office. Hopefully this is the last time I accidentally get a referral to this building; I’ve never had a good experience there.
