People at the front desk rude and unforgiving.

Dr Upa is excellent, He has the knowlege and experience, that is the most important. The lady who run the office is his wife. She does the work of 5 assistants. She is not rude at all, she takes her job seriously. The office is different , old school. I don't care.

Do not come here. The receptionist is very rude. I had an issues with a prescription and the receptionist showed little to no empathy. Did not give any guidance on how to get my issue resolved.

1: The doctor said I had a silent heart attack, per EKG results, and that the cardiac tissue hybernated like a wild bear does and then the tissue rejuvenated itself so there was no cardiac cell tissue death. I have not found this supported in medical literature and three other doctors I spoke to said this is not possible and that it is not supported by medical science. 2: very poor communication skills of both the doctor and secretary staff (his wife). They are both rude. 3: the doctor was also unable to get my coronary artery calcium score because he said he needed a computer to look at the hospital record that he has access to. I had to provide it to him as he doesn't use computers. There is no computer in his medical office where he saw me, twice. 4: I also called to get a copy of the three test results that where performed in his office after I reviewed the test results with him and both him and his wife yelled at me and said they needed two weeks to provide me the three pieces of paper to take to an appointment the following day. 5: I would not recommend this doctor. He is not professional. He talked down to me and I question his actual medical knowledge (see silent heart attack discussion above)

Amazing Doctor! Super smart, informative, detailed, friendly and humorous! Comes from a family of Doctors (father/children etc). Also the staff is just fabulous, professional, courteous, friendly. So satisfied, thank you 🙏

I am 21-years old and currently a visiting student at the University of Oxford. I recently went for a primary care check up because I was experiencing chest pains. My EKG reported I had a myocardial infarction. Soon after, my primary care physician directed us to Dr. Upadhyaya. Dr. Upadhyaya welcomed my mother and I like family. Because I had to return to campus, Dr. Upadhyaya expedited my check-in and found a way to fit us into the schedule despite the next appointment not being available for months. He was adamant about giving me the most accurate understanding of my health so I can enter my final term with mental tranquility. I am so thankful for Dr. Upadhyaya and his office for the care, intellect, and thoroughness they approach their work with. No matter where you are from, if you looking for an extremely well-trained cardiologist who leads with compassion, I would highly recommend Dr. Upadhyaya.

Dr UPA gas Good reviews but their staff, especially the lady who schedules appointments and runs insurance etc is very rude, she hung the phone upon me while talking. Also, they don’t check insurance prior to the appointment and will keep you waiting for that on the visit even if it means hours waiting on phone with the insurance. So outdated and old school system.

I needed pre-op clearance within a limited amount of time and Dr. Upa's office was able to fit me in to the schedule as a new patient the next day. He is dedicated to his patients. His calm reassurance was just what I needed. Mrs. Upa also deserves recognition for being very helpful.

Dr. Upadhyaya is one of the best board certified cardiologist in town, you won’t regret having a consultation with him, he’ll tell you like it is and also provides you with tips for a healthy living lifestyle am so thankful that I had a consult with him.
