When I first met Dr. Nyugen she seemed like a knowledgeable professional. But she seems to be in overload mode and follow up health assessments were lacking. Her staff is negligent and repeated calls for needed assistance were ignored. I wouldn’t go back to her because it seems she has too many patients and can’t personally attend to you when necessary.

Dr. Nguyen has caused long term ill health on me. She prescribed medication for me without an examination. When I attempted to contact her about severe reaction I was having;she was dismissive, did not return my call. When I reported her to department of health...Essein Medical group covers up for her. To this day I am still suffering and can't afford a lawyer

I REALLY LOVE HER SHE IS SO EASY GOING AND TAKES THE TIME TO LISTEN TO MY CONCERNS AND OFFERS GOOD MEDICAL ADVICE. NEVER A PROBLEM TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT OR GETTING MEDICATION HER STAFF IS GREAT AND VERY FRIENDLY SHE TREATS THEM WELL AND THEY SPEAK HIGHLY OF HER.

She's been a great primary care doctor for me. She's been able to get my blood pressure under control and gives me great advice on how to keep myself healthy. She is also in touch with the times.
