Dr.Sergio Glait is an excellent Orthopaedic doctor/surgeon, he is very professional,nice,caring and prompt.I first became a patient of Dr.Glait in 2019,when my middle finger would click and get locked in a bent position.Dr.Glait first had his radiologist give me an X-ray.I was taken to a room,and didn’t have to wait long to see Dr.Glait,he’s always prompt.I told Dr.Glait that my middle finger keeps locking and it’s very painful, he felt my finger and had me open and close my hand so he could see how my finger was locking.Then Dr.Glait drew on a paper how my tendon was getting stuck in my sheath.Then in very easy to understand language explained to me how my finger was locking.Dr.Glait diagnosed me with trigger finger.Dr.Glait explained he could give me a steroid shot,and he also explained the pros and cons of getting a shot or surgery.I decided on getting the steroid shot,I don’t like needles,but Dr.Glait explained that he would spray numbing pain first then proceed with the shot,so this helped me to calm down.It was more of the anticipation of the needle than anything else,the shot didn’t hurt as bad as I thought it would,and that is all because of Dr.Glait’s expertise.The steroid shot helped ease the pain in my middle finger and it stopped locking, I was so happy,Dr.Glait helped me regain easy, painless movement in my finger again.Dr.Glait also wrote me a prescription for physical therapy,going to therapy was awesome they gave me hot & cold therapy,ball exercises and various tools to grip to help loosen my tendon muscle.I also learned at home exercises to do so my finger wouldn’t be so stiff and I got a finger brace off Amazon to wear at night as recommended by therapists.I had another flare up with my hand in 2021 and I immediately called to make an appointment with Dr Glait ,he is so down to earth.,I never feel rushed to discuss health problems I am having with my hands when he comes in to see me.He works with you to address all your health concerns and gives you various options,and he’s honest about what you should do so you can have a great outcome and about how you shouldn’t procrastinate when you have certain health issues with your hands,fingers,etc.I had surgery and during my Pre/opappointment Dr.Glait answered all my questions about the best options to get my hand healthy again.I am on the road to recovery.Rhea , Dr.Glait’s assistant is very nice as well answering all my questions about test results,appointments,prescriptions,etc.,Gypsy was very helpful giving me a list of physical therapists to go to and scheduling me for my next appointmentNancy Surgical coordinator was very helpful in giving me forms to get Pre op clearance and dates available for surgery and Will was very pleasant,giving me the cost of surgery.

I was a little nervous at first but I had been suffering with this painful knee and the arthritis for so long but I am so pleased that I decided to take this journey everyone was so pleasant and helpful and this doctor is so personal and genuinely helpful friendly and knowledgeable I am so pleased with the results so far so good thanks doc

Nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Glait and his staff. I was in so much pain that I literally wanted to die. Although they had a full schedule, they made an accommodation for me. He knew exactly what was wrong within minutes. I am thoroughly pleased with their compassion and commitment to patient care. I highly recommend his services.

He takes time with his patients to make sure we get the best medical attention and service. He also provides options to best serve your needs for one to be back on track asap. He also serves one no more than 15 minutes after your appointment time. He also went to Harvard!!

I’ve been seen by a few doctors for various injuries at Orthopaedic Center of South Florida and always had a great experience. The medical assistant for each doctor have been exceptional to include Karen (Dr Schechter)and Amanda (Dr Parish) . I’m currently being treated by Dr Parish for ongoing lower back pain. I have full confidence and respect for his treatments and professionalism. He spends as much time as needed to discuss procedures before and after. He explains in layman’s term so that I fully understand.I have and will continue to recommend the doctors at this facility.

Had a great surgery. The staff was very attentive and very pleased with how the procedure went. Currently in rehab regaining the strength in my knee.
