Me and my husband had being going to this Dr's office for several years, services are good and they are pretty friendly. I normally see a Female Physician and my husband a male Spanish one, but I have never, ever meet Dr. Calzada, although if I go to a Hospital, it is his name we have to use as the PCP... Go figure it!

I see dr Vivi Ali who is an excellent professional and listens to all of my concerns. Thanks to her I can walk again because she sent me the right tests to figure out my bad and dangerous condition. Contrarily the staff is very negligent and inconsiderate what is making me change my primary doctor for next year. They give an appointment for 830 am but the doctor sees me after one hour.

Never seen so unprofessional work before from a doctor front desk...they are not even able to call an insurance to verify if it is active ...I have my card from 2017 and they didn’t accept it even speaking with the Insuranse from my phone telling them the one I have is the current card..I couldn’t see the doctor because of the card date....and dr calzada is just the name ..it’s imposible to see him, you have to go with others doctors in the office

Dr take his time to anwers all my questions.Very knowledgeable.Office and staff very friendly and ready to help when I needed help with my appointments and to deal with referrals with another Drs.They are a 5+ team.Will recomend them to everyone.

Became a new patient there in February. Went there for visits at least 5 times in between that time and now. Never once saw Dr. Calzada. Everytime I went they were asking what I was there for. Always had to check to see if test results came in, when I had already gotten them off the laboratory website. The front desk lady tried my intelligence by attempting to make me pay a $71 Co pay when I told and showed her that I had reached my deductible AND out of pocket maximum, which means I shouldn't have been paying them a dime. (I have all the claims that I paid them that states I was to pay $0) So I refused to pay, and she refused to call the insurance to verify and instucted me that she was cancelling my appointment for that day and rescheduling for the next day. I left ,contacted the insurance and they confirmed what I had already told her. I called her to tell her and she argued me down, I said it was bad customer service (and no, I was not rude to her but stern). She then said she'd call. Came back the next day and she tried to charge me the same thing! I asked did she call and she said no. So I said, never mind I'll find another doctor. Then she asked me for the number to call 😡😡. They confirmed what I said... AGAIN! I went to the room, then they put me in the hallway, then went to another room, the PA (I think) read the results and did an assessment. I said, "Ok, am I good to go?" She said no... The doctor has to finalize his end (I assume checking out whatever she wrote) this was after going through all of this and being there almost an hour. After waiting 20 more minutes, no doctor I got my things and left. I'll never be returning to this doctor's office. I can't even vouch for the doctor himself because I have no idea who he is. The female nurse practitioner who I would always see was great! Everything else was 🗑🗑🚮🚮

He is a fantastic Dr. As a nurse I know that he is knowledgeable he spends at least 15 minutes with me for each visit he explains everything thoroughly does an excellent physical exam and I know he does very well with special needs patients.
