Not a great experience with this office. Bonus negative was the office's depressing vibe.

I don't have any idea how to get in touch with this facility for my clients. When I am able to, they are very rude, especially Theresa. The line just rings and rings with no callback information or extension options. This is the least sophisticated operation I've ever seen.

Very incompetent, it’s actually frustrating.

Dr Narula is a great doctor but her staff is incompetent. 20-30 minutes after arriving is when you will even be acknowledged. Just needing paperwork signed ended up taking an hour and a half because of the woman at the front desk. She ignored me and answered calls as I stood there in front of her waiting for only a signature. Even after I told her I could help her understand what I needed on the form she said “I dont know what im suppose to do with this” and continued to take calls making appointments instead helping a patient standing in front of her. Even after I explained I needed to go to work. I recommend Coupet quality clinic. Your wait will be no more than 10 minutes past your appointment time and the staff and doctor will treat your every need as top priority.

The worst doctor I’ve ever been to. She never called me back. She was supposed to contact a Gastro doctor that I use, she never even contacted him. Called her two weeks ago never returned the call. Called her again today never return the call. She’s incompetent. She doesn’t seem to know what she is doing. Too young and inexperienced. Don’t waste your time using her.

REALLY BAD RECEPTIONIST. THEY LIED STRAIGHT TO MY WIFES FACE. My wife got an appointment scheduled to see the physician with a time and date via calling the office and speaking to one of the receptionist. We scheduled to have someone watch the kids. We scheduled transportation to pick my wife up because she is partially paralyzed. When my wife showed up to the office the front desk receptionist were some of the worst I've dealt with at any doctors office, and that's saying alot considering it's not unusually to have a bad experience with front desk receptionist. They told my wife she has no appointment scheduled and acted like my wife made up the date and time and just randomly showed up. They were rude, argumentative, and talked over me and my wife multiple times as if to shush us.

As a physician myself I'm very critical of what I expect. Dr. Narula listens and genuinely cares. Office staff is great and the infusion staff are wonderful. Could not have hoped for a better office.

Completely incompetent. The front desk is not helpful and do not try to help in scheduling and claims not to know the doctors schedule. Dr. Narula is amazing if you get to even see her. I was stopped and appointment moved 3 times by the clueless and incompetent front desk workers because of trivial clerical issues on their end. Do not explain your visit or why you need one to them they will not relay the information to the doctor. They do not know anything about medical paperwork or what is and is not needed. I will never be going back because of their ignorance.

Dr. Narula is a genuine, truly caring and brilliant physician. She always takes the time to listen keenly and also takes the time to give a highly thorough patient experience and plan of care. Highly recommended!
