Dealing with this office is a special type of horrible torture. If you don’t mind waiting 2 hours on hold to make an appointment (how am I the number 1 caller for over an hour) then ANOTHER 2-3 hours at the actual office even when you made sure you’re there on time. If you have the whoooole day free, then sure go. But if you want your time respected. Don’t ever waste a single second with them. Need important paperwork completed for your job? Oh yeah definitely do not. First, they won’t fill it out on time. Secondly, they’ll fill it out wrong. How does one forget to SIGN????? anyway. Don’t go here please. Ever

Dr. Patrick PINCHINAT has been my doctor, for almost 6 years and hope for many more. Thanks to his Knowledge, Professional ethics, empathy, dedication, support and caring persona, my life has changed drastically and for the better. I had no hope for my life, six years ago before meeting him; in a behavioral unit at North Shore Hospital. Now, Im about to graduate with honors, from my Cosmetology School, La Belle Beauty Academy, and soon I get my Florida State License has a Certified Professional Cosmetologist. With that License I will be have the opportunity to work in many fields, has Beauty Salon, T.V. Network, Magazines, even has a Teacher my self in a school, like mine. So I believe, that I have been bless for having him has my doctor. In the beginning I struggle, cause he was not my first Doctor, but he will definitely be my last. Jorge Martinez. Patient.

EXCELLENT (1) Had Nurse Phone Immediately When My Son Refused to Give His EXTENSIVE Psychiatric and Medical History (2) On Next Visit: Had nurse call again to give medications and side effects (3) Proscribed medications consistent with my son's chronic, extensive psychiatric condition (4) Excellent Communication, Diagnosis, Attention

Saw this doctor daily for 3 days in a row. He asked the typical questions during the first visit as you'd expect any doctor to ask when evaluating your mental health which is all well and good. He pretended to jot down notes but upon catching a glimpse of them, they were actually random scribbles. Sure, doctors aren't known for the best handwriting but either this man couldn't make it past 2nd grade penmenship, or was just pretending to write notes. This was further proven by him asking the same questions during the following 2 visits. During all 3 visits, he never once smiled or showed any sign of interest/sympathy. The visits were all cut short when he felt as though he was done with me and asked his assistant to bring in the next patient. At this point he ignored anything I would say and just repeatedly cut me off with "Next patient. Next patient." Please don't trust this man with your essential mental health. Given his lack of interest, I wouldn't trust any of his advice/prescriptions.

I was just accepted as a Patient by Dr Pinchinat. I really can't speak any better of the man. He's extremely smart, one of those people who's intelligence you can feel just being around them. He's very polite, very empathic, insightful and was helped me through a really difficult situation. I have been trying to get control of a situation that I let get out of hand and this man not only helped me get an appointment immediately, he pretty much fixed the problem immediately and I am very grateful to be one of his patients. He's a great person and a great physician!

BE CAREFUL!!! Please don't waste your time and resources with this selfish unprofessional person. He just Care about his payment. He would take only 2 minuts to "talk" to you and give you a prescription without caring of your health. It is si sad that people like this can have a doctors licence.

My brother went to him when he had depression and after one meeting in front of both my bother and my mother he said my brother "couldn't be helped".

Completely agree with other reviews that this doctor doesn’t deserve a 1 star. Very rude and condescending attitude. Behaved as if he is the only one that has a right to speak. He refused to listen to what I had to say and walked out telling me to call my lawyer. Shouldn’t be in the medical field if he refuses to listen to what parents or patients have to say. Stay away!

Sets appts then arrogant man waltzes in half hr late when they only open at 1:30 backing up all appts. No wonder why he's always behind. No respect or for his patients time. Love to see all the degrees from the islands hanging in his office, as he most definitely would have never graduated no stateside doctorate program.

I hate to even put a star because Dr Pinchinat is a disrespectful, close minded, rude human being! I wait two hours for him then he talked to me like I was stupid. I’ve been struggling with mental heath for almost 20 years...I know a thing or two. He treated me like I had no clue what I was talking about. Plus, his assistant or who ever that was came in during MY appointment and discussed how to treat another patient! I will NEVER go back to egotistical, unprofessional jerk!
