Pediatric Associates's Online Review Report Card

It’s always something when I come here. There is not reason why we should be waiting 30 mins to an hour to be seen after being sent to a room. It’s ridiculous and I keep saying I will look for a independent pediatrician because this is annoying and unacceptable.

I love my child’s pediatrician, Dr. kiang but because It is such a large practice you never know who you will see as far as administrative staff. I had an emergency with my son which required a referral and even though I walked in so close to closing time, Tauresha was so patient and helpful in trying to assist me as I apparently did not have all of the information needed. Thank you so much for the awesome customer service and excellent energy!

The wait time is ridiculous! We’ve been waiting for over 30 minutes now and were just told we have 2 more patients before us, meaning at least half an hour more, so over an hour of wait time, outrageous!

If I could give a lower rating I truly would. I was calling to request some information that I cannot get via my portal and was left on hold for more than an hour. Moreover, when I finally reached someone by the name of Samantha I was put on hold yet again and left waiting for another 35 mins. until she disconnected from the call. I don't appreciate being dismissed and not even given a courtesy call back. The information I needed is essential and I could not get it because how poor their customer service is.

It Never fails..the wait time at this office is RIDICULOUS!! Waited over an hour for a referral while clients coming in get called before you, so FRUSTRATING. If this wasn't my 3rd experience waiting so LONG I would not comment!

Worst company run away! Any child is going to need at one point or another doctor attention with these people they don't care they'll have you wait two weeks for an appointment. Worst company ever the doctors are good but the company pediatric associates is the worst

Wow! I am very shock to see a couple of 1 stars!! To be honest this PA location is clean, the staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and nice. I absolutely love Dr. Jones. She has GREAT Bed side manners, she's transparent, compassionate, and gives great tips and advice for parenting😊

Unfortunately in the 2 visits I took to Pediatric Associates in Pembroke Pines I experienced unreasonable wait times, even with scheduled appointments. I waited close to an hour both times before even getting into an exam room. And then spent another half hour waiting on the provider. I am disappointed because I really like Dr. Salerno. She is kind and attentive. If you don’t mind long wait times, I do recommend her.Update: I did email customer service with my feedback after my review was responded to. It’s been 3 months and I have not received a reply.

I was at this office today morning for my baby’s first check up. I got there at 9:40 AM, they gave me some paperwork and led me into the waiting room. The waiting room was a nightmare, I am currently recovering from a c section and their seats definitely don’t help—I had to stand the whole time I was waiting and no one even looked my way (except for the receptionist that made rude comments about my stroller).At 10:30 they started their morning reunion; I personally believe that if the clinic opens at 8:00 AM they should hold that meeting before the opening or at least don’t hold it in front of the patients that are listening what we shouldn’t listen (e.g. patients fainting).Afterwards, I was called into the room, such room was very dirty, with hair everywhere.I was there for a whole hour waiting with my baby clothe-less, crying, and the doctor never came. The services were so bad that I had time to find another place and reschedule without anyone checking my baby at all.I don’t wish this treatment on no one, especially a new born and a first time mother. Wish I could give this place 0
