The service in this center is terrible every day. They NEVER answer the calls, I have 3 days calling to verify some insurance and these 25 min online for someone to answer, it is very frustrating. The waiting time to see the doctor is at least 45 min, this is an insult. I only go to that place because of Dr. Rincon, but it is time to think of another option.
We have been coming here for a few years.Dr. Frontera is great but I noticed a big decline in their regular service. Our daughter had an appointment at 10:05am today for her 2nd COVID-19 shot (see picture). We arrive on time and receptionist tells us it will be 30 minutes since they have to take vaccine out of the refrigerator. Would have been nice for them to tell us this ahead of time. No respect for parent’s time on the weekends. Get your act together..
Our primary office is in Coral Springs but they had no appointments and my daughter needed a doctor ASAP so we went to this location. The doctor was actually great but the office in itself is just out right terrible. The check in line was out the door. I waited in line easily, 25 minutes to check my sick daughter in. After checking in they handed me an iPad, that I watched 10 other people touch before me NO SANITATION in between, to sign the consent forms. Forget about covid safe, there were too many people in that office for their max capacity. They did move us from the waiting room fairly quickly but then expected to wait 55 minutes before the doctor came in to see us. So yes that’s 25 minutes in line to check in, 5 minutes in the waiting room and 55 min waiting for a doctor with a sick 10 month old baby. NEVER AGAIN.
I like my kids doctor but I am thinking of going somewhere else. I am upset and frustrated with the customer service. Waiting time is crazy. I don’t like the long line that has been mentioned below and how hard it is to get your phone call answered. I am kept on hold for too long by the answering system. I needed a px and they kept me on hold for too long.
My experience inside was outstanding. O'Dane Hanson, NA redeemed the entire experience. Dr. Kalamaris was wonderful. I changed my 1 star to 5.
Pésimo lugar , no tienen personal , bilingüe , mucha gente !! No son amables !!
They make parents hold their babies and toddlers while standing for a slow check-in process. Line goes out the door. I already asked office manager to give numbers or have a quick sign-in sheet so parents can sit with their kids while they wait for check-in…take temps as people walk in if they’re worried. Nothing. Just line people out the door while carrying their kids. No attempt to accommodate their customers or little patients. Time to seek elsewhere for medical care.
It is a pleasure to visit the Chapel Trail office. I’ve been taking my son there for the past 14 years.Dr. Anne-Margaret Villar has been his Pediatrician for years. My son feels extremely comfortable with her. Dr. Villar is sweet, patient, and dedicated. She is an excellent pediatrician; always asking the right questions and goes out of her way to make sure my concerns are addressed. One of the best! Her staff and assistant are friendly and accommodating.
Very slow.
I've been taking my kids, all three of them to this place from since my daughter in 2001 to now with my two sons. Dr. Laura Frontera is the doctor we see the most often there, but we have seen many others. They've all been great and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
