Phi-Van Le's Online Review Report Card

Why after so many skin issues, with SANDFLY bites all over my body and explaining all of my symptoms did they not test me for LYME DISEASE?!!!!!???? Well, over 8 months later, I'm positive for it and maybe if I got it back then and could've fought it with antibiotics. Now it might be too late. Hope this nightmare doesn't happen to anyone else!

Horrible customer service. Scheduled an appoint two weeks ago, received confirmation email, completed profile online and then the following day asked to reschedule the day before appointment. The next available appointment wouldn't be until a month and half away. Completely unorganized. Stay away, don't waste your time like I did.

Every staff member was extremely helpful and caring. I felt more like a friend than a patient.

Very terrible service and practice, don’t ever go there, first I was evaluated in general, doctor barely checked my chest and back, I actually went for a general evaluation and an infected cyst that needed to be opened and drained. Well after the quick evaluation that didn’t take more than a couple of minutes, they sent this female doctor, she seemed like new, she opened a little cut on the cyst, drained a little bit of the infection, covered with gauze and put me on antibiotics...4 days later I had to run to urgent care because it was not opened sufficiently for all the pus to drain making it even worse. I had to go through procedure where they made a bigger cut to drain everything and packed it, they then covered with gauze and put me on different antibiotics. Not only I lost time and money, but the physical pain that I had to go through later, plus it could had gotten very very bad. Terrible practice, don’t ever go there.

The office should have warned me that it would be a PA who would see and assess my skin condition. Dr Le showed her face for maybe 2 seconds without checking my skin. In addition I waited for about 90 minutes before I was seen by a PA ( I was 10 mins. early for my appointment). The PA was very impatient. She gave me verbal instructions of 4 topical medications for my skin without written instructions. Very disappointed! Do not go to this office. You will be disappointed. Find other dermatologists.

The office is in a great location and everyone in this  area goes to Dr.Le ... and because she is a  awesome doctor the wait is unbelievable ....my daughter's appointment was at 9:00 am and we didn't get into the room until 10:30 ... and out of the office until 11:45am. I feel when they see it is a kid that is in her school  uniform  they should get you in more timely fashion.

I’m shocked that Dr. Le has anything less than an average of 4-5 stars to be honest. Yes, the wait time was approximately 30-40 minutes but that’s typically as a result of patients being late, not the particular office so I can’t hold that against them. The ladies at the front desk were pleasant and the staff I interacted with were amazing. They were thorough in their check and explanations, made sure I did not have any questions and were a pleasure to speak to. This was my first time in this office and I was very happy with the overall experience. Dr. Le is a pleasure and I wish I’d made a note of the other women’s names to mention them directly here. This office was recommended to me by a friend and I will definitely do all of my follow ups here.

Growing up as a pale princess, or Casper as my classmates lovingly or not so lovingly referred to me as, I've needed the care of a dermatologist as I've gotten older to check my skin for potential sun damage. I've been through quite a few and it wasn't until I saw Dr Le that I knew what a thorough exam was. I feel ripped off by all the previous docs. She checks you scalp to toes people. It's a tad bit embarrassing but reassuring at the same time. She's very thorough and will patiently listen to my 1,002 concerns and answer them. Her staff is pretty nice for the most part. I'm giving 4 stars for the overbooking. However today I scheduled early and didn't have to wait very long. I definitely recommend her and I hear the male Dr Le is great as well.

I've been seeing Dr Phi Van Le for the past 15 years. She's very professional and personable. She takes her time to diagnose and explains everything before going forward with any treatment. She is very knowledgeable.  She's amazing and very passionate in what she does.  I highly recommend Dr Phi Van Le.
