For decades me and my family have seen Dr. Quang Le and we are very happy with his services. For even more decades I have been very careful with my finances and kept and excellent credit rating. Ive never missed payments and very rarely have I ever missed a due date no matter my financial situation.I had my last check up with Dr. Le May 2020 now at the Riverchase Group in Weston FL.I was choked to find out that my credit record has been significantly downgraded. Per my research while I have never been contacted by anyone I had an outstanding debt that had been turned over to a collections department or agency by Riverchase.Per their AR they made the mistake of not updating my contact information which had been up to date for the last 10 years with Dr. Les office and they had supposedly been trying to collect to I do not which phone number and at the address I moved out over 10 years ago.Upon my findings I settled my debt right away yet I am still waiting for my credit record to be cleared. Meanwhile my credit card interests have increased and I have not been able to change my car as the interest rate would be too high with my now bad credit rate.Just a little error Apologies are welcomed and granted but what about the damage? Errors like this have consequences.I have just been notified that I am being refunded for the debt. Hopefully my credit record will get corrected soon.
