Horrible experience with Jean at Dr. Fields' office AGAIN... she is nasty and rude and treats his patients like Garbage, so sad that a doctor's office is managed and controlled by someone so disrespectful and nasty to patients. I asked to speak to Dr. Fields on 4 separate occasions since a prior incident with her on August 9, 2023 (Not the first time that she has treated me disrespectfully and unprofessional. SHe denies me the opportunity to speak with MY treating Doctor, who as his patient, with an appointment I am entitled too.

Dr.Fields is amazing it such a bad reflection on his practice with staff member like Jean that treats his patients so nastily. I have asked him to review surveillance and audio to see the terrible manner tha Jean treats his patients even other healthcare professionals that calm in attempt to assist patients. It’s sad. Someone needs to explain Jean that kindness is very necessary in this world we live in today. It takes more negative energy to be nasty!!

Really love that the office is paperless, so I didn't have to spend 15 minutes filling out a packet when I arrived. They saw me within 20 minutes of my appointment time. Dr. Fields has such amazing bedside manner - so gentle and kind. Much better bedside manner than any female OBGYN I've everrrr been to. I look forward to staying at this office so as long as I can.
