Rodrigo B Fonseca's Online Review Report Card

My husband had a consultation with Dr Rodrigo Fonseca, he really enjoyed the consultation! the dr said he would have to do surgery! my husband had the surgery and the dr said that someone from the team would call after 2 days to see if everything was ok, but no one ever called! Now we've been trying for 1 month to schedule another appointment to operate another vein, but we've never been able to schedule it. The from desk team is terrible, they never return calls, they always find excuses not to schedule it at the same time as the calls, they're always having lunch! I don't understand why all the treatment isn't cheap, we're spending $4,500 dollars! I'm just writing to complain about the customer service team.

I waited every single time, except ultrasound appointments, fairly timely and young woman was very pleasant. Woman at front desk always looked sad. One time after waiting 2 1/2 hrs. I walked out. My last appointment(to review results) was for 11am I arrived at 10:55 didn't see doctor till 2pm. I was fit to be tied! He blamed it all on a female staff and humiliated her by bringing her into the the room & asked her to explain the delay. There was an amputee in a wheel who waited as long as i did. I'm certain he dictates to them when he's ready to see his scheduled patients. To appease me he refunded my co pay, showing me he just didn't get it. Every time the excuse was he had an emergency. It's frustrating and abusive, in my opinion. I will not be returning, my time is important too.

Excellent Doctor Fonseca, the staff have been doing a great job. the assistant lady's are very kind now.

I Made an appointment -scheduled follow up 3 time and 3 times they canceled my appointment! They Did not accomodate me and my sister to our convenience only days available and convenient to Dr office

I give this man Fonseca 0-1, that man if he can be called,that I end my father's life, he lied to us, he does not deserve to be where,he is practicing his career, the same thing that my father is suffering can be suffered by others patients, and it is not fair, he told us that my father's surgery had been successful and it was not true, and he never showed his face again, you know that you are an inhuman but God is great and you will have your conscience very uneasy for everything that you do, I do not recommend

Made an appointment for my mother one month ago. They have asked all the information about her insurance and yesterday they called to cancel the appointment . They say that they don’t work with her insurance (the doctor is listed in the insurance app list 🤔)My mom is in pain and she needs to see a vascular asap. I can’t believe it!

Dr. Rodrigo Fonseca is a wonderful doctor that is always caring and giving his patients 100%. His staff is also very professional and corteous.

I had to give him one star or I couldn't write a review, although he earned no stars. The worst, most unprofessional doctor. My father would still be alive today had I taken him to another doctor for his surgery. Durin surgery, my father had a stroke and this doctor didn't even tell me when he came out if surgery. He was cold and arrogant. I will never forget the date - his negligence changed our family's lives forever!!

Doctor Fonseca is very nice, he listens and has bedside manners, he is also bilingual, Spanish and English. That said if your looking for a vein doctor where the appointments are quick and you cant wait a little then this is not the place, that said I've been to worst places. The staff is very nice.
