Sadia Ali's Online Review Report Card

As a healthcare provider myself, I am hesitant of writing reviews because I understand the challenges and difficulties of providing exceptional care. However, Dr. Ali office contributes to the healthcare disparities seen in the United States, They have poor patient follow-up, randomly reschedules your appointment without your consent the day before, and is not accountable for information stated verbally. I really wanted to like Dr. Ali office, but they have demonstrated several signs that routed me to seek care from another provider. Save your time and energy. Go with another office.

Amazing doctor, amazing service!

I love Dr. Ali! Her office, her staff, and the love she shows for her patients is Amazing! Her bedside manor is topnotch

Very unprofessional, looks you up and down and make you feel very uncomfortable while discussing your problems , rude is an understatement, literally told the receptionist to close the window in my face to laugh and giggle behind the glass again making a person feel very u comfortable.. Worried about sale of Esthatician services beyond the appointment. I have never in my life feel so uncomfortable coming to a Dr . Office where staff as well as the Dr herself playing around and making the patient feel uncomfortable. To see her literally hide from her patient to pretend like she was busy really showed me that she really is not too concerned with the patient . This woman has a lot of growing up to do . One month at her practice have made me never want to go here ever again.

I went for my first visit today. Dr. Ali and her staff are remarkable.

I highly recommend visiting Aurora Primary Care office. Not only is the staff so polite and welcoming, but so is Dr. Ali. Dr. Ali is by far the best doctor I’ve ever had. The first doctor that has been able to help me and the first doctor to explain things in a kind, professional manner. Starting with a new doctor is something I’ve always dreaded doing, but I’m so glad I stumbled across Dr. Ali’s page. As a doctor, she provides the support that all doctors should offer to their patients. It makes the overall experience 10x better when visiting your PCP.

Great experience. Dr. Sadia Ali really took the time to speak about all my issues and concerns. Felt welcomed by her staff and I look forward to having my next visit. 10/10 would recommend.

Dr. Ali is very professional, and connects with her patients in a human to human level. She was very thorough with her questions and set up the steps for follow up right away. Overall a great experience. Only one comment to note, the wait time can be well past your appointment time. So give yourself plenty of time to be there.

Terrible office terrible customer service

Dr. Ali and her staff are an absolute pleasure. It was my first appointment and I came with a lot of concerns. Dr. Ali was attentive to all and explained what the plan of action will be. I'm so happy this was my choice.
