I was scheduled to see Dr. Edele for a visit as a re-introduction to the practice. I unfortunately came down with Covid. I was informed by the office that I could not come into the office to be treated for Covid unless I had a negative test prior. Knowing that I would probably test positive for weeks, they offered to switch my appointment to a telemedicine visit. I would have been deeply saddened if they had not done that. I have been bouncing around from one terrible office to another with poor office, staff and management and care of patients. Thankfully that did not occur. On top of the staff, being helpful, Dr. Edele was amazing! The best part was that, even though we were only talking about Covid, he spent an incredible amount of time talking to me. Not one second did I feel rushed, or like he was just trying to get an office visit over the phone. He asked so many questions and honestly, I felt like he cared, even though he had never met me before. His plan of action had me feeling better. 24 hours later. The bout of Covid I have been having was wiping me out. I am definitely looking forward to my follow up visit for the other issues that I was going to see him for in the first place. My husband has been seeing him for just under two years, and has been extremely happy which is why I made the appointment with Dr. Edele to begin with. I am so happy that I did. Now I’m hoping that moving back to this practice will make up for the year and a half of bouncing around. I have done from one terrible practice to another. Thank you so much Dr Edele. Please never let the system get to you and make you change. I finally felt like someone was hearing me.

Awesome doctor. Unbelievable bedside manner and very knowledgeable! Always listens and takes his time. You're not just a number here. He cares. Dr. Edele Has always been very accurate when diagnosing any ailment I present with and has guided me to the right specialty if needed. The whole office is great. They all truly do a great job. From the front to the back. They are pretty punctual with the appointment times. Very efficient. I've been going there for quite a long time and could never see myself going elsewhere. .

Dr. Edele is Awesome!!! Great Doctor. Takes his time, never feel rushed. Feels like your seeing a friend. Listens to what you have to say and genuinely cares. Highly recommend him. Office is efficient.
