Dr portnoy is a lying POS that cost me my job! He's a complete failure at what he does, rude, disrespectful, disgusting human being!

Took a drug test for a job. Sent over my prescription for clearance. After 4 phone calls and multiple emails I was told they updated their system with my medical certification and I was cleared for my job. They did not and I lost my job offer even though I emailed business day 1. They fail as a company. I've been trying to call for over a week to get this handled and no one will answer or call anyone back.

Got a voice-mail from "Dr. Portnoy's" office regarding my drug test for Amazon. After trying to call back multiple times I decided to send Amazon a message because I remembered Amazon telling me all communications will be thru email. Amazon confirmed all communications go thru email and they were still waiting for my test results. He confirmed it was a scam of sorts. I have yet to have contact back with this doctors office but will be interested to see if they call back and I confront them.

This guy cost me lots and lots of time and money from not contacting me or being reachable. I lost TWO job offers because of him and now I don't know if I can get another shot! Anyone else on here that ones to go in on making a case against him please contact me.

This person is screwing me over big time! They are not answering my phone calls or calling me back. I have a prescription for my ADHD and my wife and I just moved back to Washington about a month ago. I was supposed to start weeks ago, Portnoy’s office told me that I should be receiving an email on where to send a photograph of my prescription to and I have not received any. Because of this I I’ve had to retake my drug test and it’s considered an error so I rescheduled to take another one and it’s the same deal again! This is putting me out of work and I’m going to be royally screwed because of this person. I’m doing everything right and everything asked of me. No matter who I talk to at Amazon they tell me I need to get ahold of portnoy the medical review officer and it always goes straight to voicemail and never get my call backs or ANYTHING nothing at all! This isn’t only effecting my bills/rent/shelter, but my wife’s as well! If anyone else wants to reach out to me I m looking for others to strategize on taking steps to getting someone else to be the medical review officer. The first time I worked for Amazon I had the same prescription and had Zero issues!

Had to take a drug test with my employer to return to work, this office proceeded to tell me I tested positive for amphetamines and they were going to let my employer know. I went hours thinking I was going to lose my job of 20 years! Later found out they were reading another patients test results after another person called me back and told me about my valid positive results that I had a prescription for. Dr Portnoy was so rude and treated me like a criminal. I will be filing a complaint with the medical board. Based on other reviews of this Dr, this is not the first time this has happened.

I applied to Amazon and as part of their pre-employment testing I gave an oral drug sample. "Doctor" Portnoy or one of his assistants called me and in the most condescending and disrespectful tone proceeded to inform me that my sample had come back positive for Marijuana and that they "would be informing Amazon about this." I'll be contacting the licensing board and exploring all proper channels until both Portnoy and his assistants learn some of the required tact necessary to work in the medical field.

Getting random calls from this guy and I live in washington state

I'm baffled at how his nurse or office secretary speak to other human beings. I had to do a drug test for work and they texted me an email address to send proof of my medications. They left out the @ in the email and I called back to let them know and she called me a liar. Implied I was stupid and didn't know how to use email. I was speechless that someone in a professional position would speak to another person that way. So I tore into her and even though my blood is STILL boiling I know Karma will get her.
