Tengo a mi hermana en el hospital con sangrado y esa doctora facey no la atendió por su religión
I was going book appointment and the reviews are bad .
The Office Manager is rude and disrespectful, I would not recommend coming to this establishment. The behavior is verbally abusive and condescending. Dr. Facey is amazing; however her staff is deplorable and not a pleasure to communicate with. It’s sad because she will continue to loose clients because of her staff.
I strongly advise considering an alternative OBGYN option. My experience during the C-section was disappointing - my blood pressure dropped, and although I communicated feeling weak, the response was slow. Eventually, medication was administered to stabilize my blood pressure. When I inquired about my condition improving, the manner in which I was addressed came across as rude. Additionally, there was an issue when my insurance company contacted them for information; they denied my visit ever taking place. Given my experience, I sadly recommend looking elsewhere for care.
Be nice is someone would answer the phone. Let’s see how many times I have to cal back to back to talk to someone. Ridiculous.
Only Because I adore Dr. Facey as a person but the average rate time of at least 2 hrs in her office and another 1 hr in the back is a deal breaker for me. The ladies at the front are full of personality and it’s not always a welcoming one. Lastly, I dont like the fact that they don’t have a sign in system. I feel like it violates patient’s privacy to have me verbally give my first and last name aloud with a waiting room full of people. Had to end this relationship after going for 6 plus years. Wishing her all the best!
Horrible customer service. The way they speak to the customer is disgusting.
Staff at this office will verbally abusive you. Horrible place.
The attitude of the employees that works there is disgusting. Horrible experience and would not recommend this place.
We schedule an appointment over a month ago for tomorrow. Today we got an email that the doctor is not going to be available due to a ER emergency for the next day. Then instead of finding me an appointment near my original they wanted to reschedule me for May 11 almost another month out. The person on the phone was condescending and laughing like it’s a joke. I told him I was going to give them a review. They both started arguing with me over the phone saying they didn’t care and laughing. From the beginning it was a miracle for them to answer the phones just a horrible experience all around.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
