This office is absolutely trash. .I called for 3 weeks and finally got a call back after a angry voicemail. When I got the call back they were no help at all. Only care about money not their patients well being.

Terrible customer service and patient care. They canceled my appointment often and don’t refill my prescriptions. Don’t return phone calls!

Inept staff. Unorganized. They don't return calls. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! I've been trying to speak to someone regarding my test results for well over a week. (Hope I’m not going to die!) You can never get a live person. You always have to leave a message. I left 4 messages, no call back. Called again, not sure what extension I pressed but got a live person. Made an appt to see Dr. Font and to pick up my records b/c I didn't want to deal with this company any longer. I've had all my appt in the Pembroke Pines office. Didn't find out that office was shut down until I went in for my appt. that it took me well over a week to book.

So Far Dr.Font is the best Rheumatologhy doctors specialist. He took his time and elaborate on my lab work and explain pros and cons that can help me with my diagnosis. I appreciate it. I highly recommend this doctor

Dr. Font is one of the best rheumy doctors that I have come across. He is very personable and treats his patients with the upmost respect and takes time to truly listen to their concerns to provide options and/or treatments. Highly recommend to look him up if in need of a rheumatologist.

Dr. Santiago and Dr. Font are unbelievably nice. Very friendly and skillful. All office staff are awesome.

Dr. Font is exceptional. The issue lies at the front desk, specifically with Melissa. She is the patient coordinator. My girlfriend sent her new insurance information to her, in order to get her medicine, weeks ago. Weeks later, When she finally gets a hold of Melissa, my girlfriend is told that the information has not been processed. On top of not doing her job, she lies to her , saying she sent her a text explaining that she didn't process her new insurance information. You cant just play around with medications. She needs to take her job seriously.
