My son was suppose to be evaluated. Within 10 minutes, he was prescribed medication for a diagnosis he does Not have. My son is not OCD, he has a messy room and desk. An OCD person would have everything in its place. I don't think in 10 minutes you can give a child this type of of diagnosis. The person doing the evaluation was really rude. I requested my copay back from the office manager and she said they would. I call and leave messages and nothing has been resolved. They never refunded my copay. I would never go back to this place. If you read it says: family therapy services, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT)I thought he would go through therapy before being given medication. I pick this place because I would of thought the child is evaluated, go through therapy and last resort meds.

Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with this provider. We loved our therapists but the company is very unorganized as a whole, created a ton of billing issues for us and ended up abruptly closing their Coral Springs office with no prior notification, which left us scrambling to figure out alternative options.

The negative reviews are correct. Unprofessional and unorganized staff as they do not process insurance claims correctly and overbook appointments. The positive review below is from the actual psychiatrist who is employed there. I would say that is a biased review. This company is more focused on profit and staying open than patient care. Stay far away!!!

I went for a second appointment and they left me waiting for 3 hours and the therapist didn't even see me. And the staff didn't even notice that I had signed in because they were talking and being unprofessional. so they didn't let me see a doctor. I needed to see her urgently and they weren't helping me. If something happens to my mental health, I'm blaming them.

I saw Dr. Binder on August 17th for a psychiatric evaluation.  I was seeking an alternative to the harsher medications that were suggested by my previous doctor and desperately needed some relief from, what had become, debilitating anxiety.  I disclosed that I'd struggled with anxiety and depression over the years and have tried multiple medications and strategies for combating my symptoms and had finally decided to commit to the psychopharmacology route.  Although I didn't feel the most connected to her, and definitely did not get any semblance of warmth from her, I was confident that her rationale for prescribing me the medications she chose would be a better choice than the option provided to me by my previous doctor, and decided to begin treatment.  We scheduled a follow-up for September 16th at 9:30am.On Sept 9, I contacted the office manager, Kristin, to obtain a letter for my employer containing my diagnosis to apply for continued remote work.  I followed up with Kristin several times before receiving the letter on Monday, September 14.  This letter contained both of my diagnoses with the addition of another - one which Dr. Binder did not tell me and is obviously not treating me for.  I called the office immediately and spoke to Kristin, who informed me that Dr. Binder would not revise the letter for me and that she'd address my concerns during our appointment on September 16th.At 9:30, I waited at my computer to receive the link.  At 9:45, I called the office and spoke to Kristin.  She informed me that I. "did not confirm" the appointment and that she had asked a different employee (she did not mention the name) to call me yesterday to confirm and that someone called me this morning and she did not receive a reply.  I am currently working virtually as a school counselor for an elementary school in Palm Beach County.  I am in front of my phone and computer from 7:30am - 3:30pm every weekday to be available for students and staff and therefore missing a call is impossible.  I reminded Kristin that I confirmed with her when I spoke to her on Monday (which jogged her memory once I mentioned my inadequate letter) and was out of my medication and needed to speak to the doctor today.  After going back and forth, she was able to secure an appointment for me at 10:20.I received the link for the Zoom meeting on time.  I asked Dr. Binder about my letter and the additional, inaccurate diagnosis that was not discussed with me at the previous appointment.  She refused to remove it because it's "part of my medical history."  I responded that I had multiple other conditions in my medical history that I did not wish to disclose to my employer.  I became emotional in front of her because I felt powerless in this situation and was baffled by the audacity of this medical professional to tell a patient that she "didn't need a patient like this" and to "find another doctor."  I requested that she provide each diagnosis on individual letters, and she refused to comply.  I pleaded with her to refill my medication so that I wouldn't be facing the horrific headaches that ensue after abruptly stopping them.  I am a school counselor with two Masters degrees in Counseling, so I'm not a stranger to discussing my feelings or navigating the tricky mental health pathways, in both my personal and professional lives.  My heart aches for her clients that are less savvy and unable to advocate for themselves to receive the treatment they deserve.  If you do not struggle with mental health issues, you don't understand how shameful it can be to seek treatment.  Dr. Binder should be ashamed of herself; to think that she is supposed to guide individuals to peace when they're at their lowest!  Truly disgraceful.As of now, I don't have a letter to provide to my employer and have essentially missed my window of opportunity to provide back up documentation.  I was able to refill one of my prescriptions, while the other was placed with an inadequate amount.  I am available to be contacted using phone or email from my medical records.

Great place to get all of your child and your loved one needs

unprofessional and unorganized! scheduled and booked for the wrong appointment. charged for a different price than quoted. and no sympathy for the face that they are unorganized. this place needs to be shut down. charge people different quotes. I was referred with one price of $200. I have proof.. was quoted $300 and they wanted to charge me $375. when i asked about it they lie.

This place is a joke, they have an eleven month wait list for therapy.

The therapists are great. The office staff lacks the skills to deal with parents of children with disabilities. They lack empathy, compassion and sensitivity
