He is a good doctor. Very knowledgeable and respectful.

Dr Nguyen has been my primary care physician going on 5 years. I would never go anywhere else. He is a very knowledgeable Dr. who always takes extra time with me to make sure I understand everything. His staff has always answered my needs promptly. As a teacher here in Broward County I need to stay healthy and Dr Nguyen makes sure I do. Always ordering the right tests and going the extra mile to help me and my family. I highly recommend this Dr. to anyone who needs a great Dr. chris mccafferty

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This doctor is overbooking appointments. I made an appointment on ZocDoc on Thursday, 2/16. I scheduled the appointment for 2/18 at 11am, only to have the appointment cancelled at 8:30am on 2/18. I went to go reschedule the appointment and found that there were slots open for 11am and 11:30am. I booked for 11:30, completed the check-in process. Then at 11, I get a text message to call the office. I call the office to find out that my appointment is not happening because they're already booked for the day! Anyway, I don't think I've ever met a receptionist so rude. I ask about my appointment and he is so quick to say I'm not being seen today. I talk about how I scheduled my appointment and he tells me it's not confirmed and "there is nothing he can do for me because we are booked." That's it. I was perplexed. He did not even offer to reschedule. I wouldn't be writing this if he had offered to reschedule. The worst part is that ZocDoc does not allow you to leave reviews until AFTER you saw the doctor. The moral of the story is DO NOT TRUST ZOCDOC REVIEWS. ALWAYS check Google before booking.

Saturdays Labs dont go they make you wait like 2 hours. You get an appt at 10 and you are fasting they will take your blood at 1. Also charge up front and when you cancel they offer you credits.

Great doctor who provides with a lot of care

I’m amazed there’s even two stars. Waste of time. Send in all of your info ahead of time hoping they look over your info before the actual appointment like a professional dr office would normally do. No, this place does not likely accept your insurance unless you work for the state. Do not give them your personal information. Lady said it happens all the time, well stop wasting everyone’s time and edit what insurances you currently accept since “we’ve stopped accepting most insurances this year” especially since in her words “it happens all the time and she feels so bad people waste their time” easy fix, when I book an appointment and send in my insurance info and you do not accept it, go ahead and give me a call.

Definitely the worst dr office very disorganized and will have you waiting til the end of the day to service you as a Walk in not sure why they let people walk in or give exceptions to walk in if they going to make you wait till the end of the shift to see you its disgusting!!!!! Got to find myself a different primary care doctor am sitting here 2 .5 hours now and yet to see a doctor...they don't even check up on you to see if you alive or dead in the room when the Dr finally came in I asked him why it took to long ? With a sarcastic answer he was like "do you have an appointment?" Do you have and appointment I was like yes I had a appointment I missed it and was told I can come but I might hsve a little wait he then shut me down by saying I have u other patients what I can help you with? I was like so you not going to apologize for for the wait he was like NO I expressed how frustrating to be in uncomfortable room with no communication and all the workers leaving and I thought they forgot me in the room .I even expressed that I ask his staff to let me wait in my car and call me in when the Dr is ready and the girl was rude about it and said the wait should be 30mins .Dr James clearly did not want to hear me so I told him am leave ..... don't go to this place especially as a Walk in you will wait hourssssssss workers have bad attitude because the doctors have no respect for patients

Dr. Nguyen was amazing. When I change my insurance, I always make sure I know he accepts it.

The most poorly run business in all of South Florida.

I arrived for my 2:15pm appointment at 2:00pm since I had to fill out new patient paperwork.. the lady behind the desk said they would be with me shortly. By 2:17pm we went back to the window and they had no idea I had been waiting and then proceeded to tell me I would have to wait until the doctor got back from lunch around 2:30pm to be seen. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL staff and service.
