Zenobia Miro's Online Review Report Card

My wife and I recently visited Professional Medical Associates, and our initial impressions were positive. The clinic appeared professional, and Dr. Zenobia Miro, though firm in her requirements, was courteous during our interaction. However, the real disappointment came after our visit. Despite presenting a valid government-issued ID, we were told it was insufficient and that only a passport would be accepted. Wanting to ensure we were compliant, I consulted with USCIS and was informed that our ID was indeed valid for such purposes. I provided this information to the clinic, hoping for clarity. However, the subsequent phone call I received from an office employee was nothing short of shocking. Instead of addressing the issue, she became confrontational, dismissing the evidence I provided. The tone was not just unprofessional; it was outright hostile. She suggested I lacked knowledge and should take my concerns elsewhere, ending the call abruptly. It's disheartening that one individual's attitude can overshadow an entire office's reputation. While my interaction with Dr. Miro was relatively positive, this subsequent experience has left a bitter taste. I hope the clinic recognizes the detrimental impact such behavior can have on their image and addresses it accordingly.

Dr. Miro has actually been my doctor for over 5 years now. She a very caring and dedicated doctor to her patients health and well being. I will always recommend her because of her dedication to her patient's. She actually is the doctor for my entire. Her office staff ( Ms. Debbie) are very helpful and punctual in relaying messages to Dr. Miro. Thank you all for everything you do you are truly appreciated ❤️

Dr. Miro is a very patient and caring doctor. She doesn't rush through your appointment(s); but takes time in examining you, and explaining thoroughly any questions you may have, concerning your health and well being!. I've been a patient of hers since 2011, and my husband since 2015. She's the best, we highly recommend her, also appreciate and thank God for her! 🙏🏾

The doctor is awesome she's patient, she listens and answers question. Her staff is a different story. Try answering the phone with a smile but 1st try answering the phone.

I would recommend Dr. Zenobia Miro!!! She is such a caring doctor. There had been times I would call her and leave messages with her secretary or voicemail and she Always calls back. She takes her time with her patients and she explains everything throughly. Most of my family, co-workers, and friends go to her. I Love her!!!

I've been with Dr. Miro for several years. She is always kind, caring and takes the time to listen as well as talk to you about conditions and medications. The office staff are friendly and scheduling is an ease. I've recommended several family and friends to Dr. Miro's service because I trust her, and her knowledge as a physician

If i could give zero stars i would. The office is crummy, the nurse took my blood with no gloves and was on her phome for half of the testing and i have YET to receive my test results after calling for them NUMEROUS times. Do NOT go here. I will be going to the BBB regarding this office.

Dr. Miro is a compassionate caring Doctor that truly is concerned about her patient's health and how she can help them. I would refer her to anyone that needs a good professional Doctor.
