No atendiendo bien al teléfono, cuelga la llamadas, no dan soluciones. A mi me atendieron el sábado y el seguro pide cierta información, pero ellos no quisieron colaborar y has hoy mates todavía no me e podido tomar los medicamentos.

Came in from a motorcycle accident in a lot of pain, I left their facility with much less pain and a clear track to healing. Thanks to the Nurse Practitioner who assisted me that day.

This was the best service I have ever experienced from an Urgent Care Facility. They were polite and caring , and they expedited my visit. From the front door throughout the entire process I was treated like they really cared and when I left I was feeling 90% better. Thank you so much for everything 🙏🏽❤️😇

My registration process was fast, easy and friendly. Triage nurse was also professional and very respectful of my privacy. The PA Manuela was friendly professional, knowledgeable with great bedside manner. The only downside was a fire the day I was there and we all had to leave so I can’t comment on discharge but I fully expected that to be a good process as well. I was treated well and explained my chart would be available for all d/c instructions as I turned in my wrist band. I was impressed with the calmness of the crew in the situation.
