I never even made it past calling to try and make an appointment. Kevin answered the phone and was less than helpful. I explained I had been to the ER and they referred me to see Adam Holdt. Kevin explained it would be the end of September before I could be seen by a nurse when I explained I couldn't hear and my ear drum had ruptured and questioned the timing he said that I should try Scared Heart Hospital. If I wanted to go to SHH I would have went to thier ER and would have called them. He mocked me when I spelled my name and questioned if it was my actual name. This 5 min conversation lead to me telling him never mind I would just go some where else. I was looking forward to working with Dr. Holdt but not willing to be treated like that.

He is a very well trained and compassionate physician. His knowledge of ENT techniques are superb. He is patient and kind and wants to explain any questions you may have in detail. I personally recommend to all my family.

I have been going to Dr. Holdt since he came to the Medical Center Clinic. He is kind and caring. When I expressed my concern about the results of a surgery done by a doctor at another hospital, he immediately took on the problem even though I was there for another reason. He has followed up with it and given me great care.

I’m also having issues with the staff not returning phone calls. They won’t fill out my FLMA paperwork that is needed for my procedure. They have it for 14 days now.

I had a 10 minutes visit for a problem the Doctor rated as simple/minimum complexity when asked. THEY ARE CHARGING ME FOR A VISIT OF 45+ MINUTES (HIGH COMPLEXITY). If you want to pay $300 for an office visit of 10 min with a simple problem, go ahead!!!! So disrespectful, just want your money!!!

The doctor might be ok but the office will not return phone calls when trying to contact with questions regarding medications. You can’t have a good doctor with an awful staff.
