Affordable Dentures & Implants's Online Review Report Card

I had a very bad experience this started back at the beginning of 2021 when my upper teeth were removed and most of my bottom I was sent to Affordable Dentures to have my upper dentures and partial they turned me away in person said my insurance would not cover what I needed done they would not see me until a dentist pulled the rest of my teeth that were good out my insurance at that time covered what I needed they said they did do Affordable Dentures turn me away when I was able to get them in November by someone helping me pay for them they can never get them right now in January I just went in there again this past Friday now I will add going into disk I suffer from high anxiety and depression moods when speaking to Affordable Dentures on Thursday about my problems I let them know I had an anxiety bad they brought me in on Friday they would not listen to what I was trying to explain about the upper dentures not fitting properly I was Boxed In by for employees I felt trapped they said I didn't know what I was talking about that they were the professionals so they took the Dentures back and offered to refund in trying to get the refund back to the card it came off of I'm not the cardholder the cardholder suffered a heart attack in November and is in rehab trying to get back home I have complete power of attorney over this person because of her medical conditions she was able to sign power they proceeded to argue with me lately could not use the POA and refund the money they had to speak to her in person I tried to explain the situation with her they did not want to listen they still wanted to speak to her even with me having full POA once the lady behind the counter spoke to her about refunding her money via Facebook Messenger then proceeded to tell me to shut up not just once but twice the second time was after I told her she had no right to tell me to shut up I did nothing wrong I just wanted my dentures fixed and when they said they could not and wanted to refund the money I had high anxiety attack because of the way I was being mistreated yelled at told that I was not the professionals they were and I was told to shut up I personally suffered an anxiety attack in the parking lot I had to call my therapist right there in the parking lot 54 years old and that's how I was treated I feel like the lady who told me to shut up twice should be fired

Worst care ever and dentist is a raging witch. No care for the patient at all nor willing to work with them at all

All the staff were friendly and professional but receptionist was rude and belligerent if that is who answered my call on Monday (1-10-22). Was told since I couldn't pick-up my set of dentures the day of my appointment to come back on Monday at 1. Called to verify Monday and she told me I couldn't come in until 2:30. I live 50 miles away and have to pick-up my 7 year old grandson at 2:50. That was why I couldn't pick-up dentures on Friday. They told me to come back at 1 on Monday. She got very rude and we both were shouting at each other. She hung up on me and would not answer my calls. She then called back around 12 and said yes I could come at 1. Was very disappointed with this aspect of the visit.

HIGHLY HIGHLY SUGGEST THIS BUSINESS Very supportive the dentist did such a good job numbing my mouth I could of went to sleep while he pulled 31 teeth and the healing dentures they give u are really good I HIGHLY HIGHLY SUGGEST this business ****my lip is a little fat but that's all that i got from getting all my teeth pulled no black eye or anything and it only took a hour to pull 31 teeth and that includes the 20 minutes I had to sit with gauze in my mouth

These folks are very kind, very professional, very caring. After having implants placed, I received after hours and weekend calls and texts to make sure everything was okay. I have a difficult schedule and they have always done everything possible to accommodate my needs. They all try very hard to take good care of every angle they can. Highly recommended!

It's been 5 weeks. teeth don't fit. Made the biggest mistake in my life.
