List of Amy Reed's Reviews
My experience exceeded my expectations. As a new patient , I found Dr.Reed had a kind, thoughtful and professional demeaner. My history, current needs and future tests were all carefully discussed and she listened. The lab and EKG were right there, no travelling all over Pensacola. One stop shop. My prescriptions were sent that day to Pharmacy and ready same day. Her Staff were friendly, prompt and welcoming. Thankyou all for everything. Blessed to have her as my Doctor.
Had to find a new primary care physician. Wow I found a great one In dr reed...she was amazing and is surrounded by support staff that are top notch. Thank you to all
Best treatment, very much caring. I'm glad I found them.
Dr reed is a great doctor and I would recommend
My experience with Dr Reed was very good. She was warm and welcoming, interested in what I had to say, very thorough, and just generally whom I felt was someone interested in my well-being. I hope this will be a lasting relationship. I personally feel like she is "the one" Dr that is.
The best service ever from the front office to the back, they Took me right back to the exam room asap. She was very personal and really concern of what i was going thru. All the staff was help full .Every one should see this Doctor Trust me she is top notch.
Dr Reed is a doctor that is truly interested in the health and welfare of her patients. When we tested positive for covid and of course being very under the weather Dr Reed had our medication personally delivered to our home by Sarah a member of her staff. This is exceptional service not offered by most doctors.
This is surely one of the nicest office spaces I've ever seen. The staff is friendly and extremely kind.
Dr Reed is caring and thorough with her demeanor and understanding and not afraid to order tests and labs to find out what the issues are. Her front desk staff need some work on patient interactions I’ll site an example: had my visit and the Dr was ordering a new medication for me. I left and went to the pharmacy expecting my medication to be called in. I waited 45 minutes at the pharmacy and decided to go back to the Drs office. I walked back into the office explaining I was waiting for a script and was told at that time that she does not do scripts till the end of the day! I told the front desk gal that it would be nice if they notified patients that they will have to wait for scripts till the end of the day! I requested a written script and was told she does not do them! I admit to being rather aggravated at that point stating at least next time I will know not to expect scripts till later on in the day as I began to walk out the desk girl stated if I was unhappy with the Dr I was welcomed to change Dr’s! I asked why she would say such a thing to me and asked if she awoke on the wrong side of the bed and I left! I simply hope that this is an isolated event because Dr Reed is in my estimation a good Dr.
I've been seeing Dr Amy Reed for over a year. I have had significant shoulder pain that still has not been resolved & is only getting increasingly worse. I have seen everyone short of God for this pain BUT a specialist who deals with shoulder/upper arm injuries. Before I left NJ, I was seeing a podiatrist for a wayward toe & other significant problems with my feet. After breaking said wayward toe yet again, I asked Dr Reed to refer me to a podiatrist; she refused (without EVER seeing my feet). I always have to call several times to remind this office to call in refills of my meds. I was charged $405 in two separate bills for a routine mammogram & had given the bills THREE times to the office manager to get corrected. I swear she copied them & then just shoved them in the trash, because in the end I ended up paying the bills for $405. I don't know who's more incompetent, the doctor or her staff, but I cannot tolerate this lack of care and concern. More complaints, limited characters.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
