You will get asked before this office will schedule an appointment if you have insurance, I looked up my insurance verification before even placing the call and still I was drilled on what insurance I had what name, what is the color of my card.....I would have not placed the call if I had not looked up on my insurance to see if this doctor was in my network! This office needs to understand that when are you trying to give your insurance information the employee of that office refused to hear my plan ID or Group# to verify my insurance information. If you take your reviews so seriously then please communicate with the staff to say please let me take your information and I will verify instead of what is the color you your card.
