Anthony Doerr's Online Review Report Card

Dr Doerr was a very good doctor that helped me through my cancer treatment. He properly agreed with my decision to have my prostate removed and I am now cancer free! I highly recommend Dr. Doerr to anyone with Urology issues. He cares about his patients and wants the best for them! This quality is evident in his work. He is a man of high integrity that truly cares about his profession.

Dr. Doerr and Nicole Adams his APRN are an amazing pair. Compassionate and caring. Their supportive staff are the best around. From the front to the back, the staff take the time to get to know each patient with care and compassion. I would not go anywhere else! These are the best!!!

He explained everything and the reasoning for everything. The entire staff was stellar

Dr. Doerr pulled me through a relatively advanced stage of prostate cancer that is now totally gone. If I could give a 10 star, I would. Very well experienced and skilled in his area of practice.

Dr. Doerr is an awesome doctor, and would recommend him to any.

I called and got an appointment within the week. The staff was kind and understanding. I have not had any problems with the staff, APRN or Dr. Doerr. They are always so friendly and quick to help me get in same day when issues arise. I even missed an appointment, received a letter and called them. They were happy to reschedule me. I highly recommend this Doc and staff.

I was a patient of this doctor for a while. Saw him twice when I did not have sny problems. It was a referral from other. I wanted to have a primary urologist and I followed all directions. At the last check up appointment he wanted to perform unnecessary procedures but we agrees that he will do it when it is really needed. But when I really had urine and kidney pain his office refused me to help. I called on 03/18/23 around 8 am and the lady/nurse was very rude. She said they couldn't see me because of the doctor's note about my suspension. She said that I missed my check up appointment but the problem was that I never had one. I was not aware. I did not get any messages/calls or letters about missing appointment or suspension. At our last appointment Dr. Doerr said that I can call him when I will need to make an appointment. I was in pain that day and I hope they could help me but I got nothing except rude refusal! So please be aware of this doctor and his staff! Unprofessional and careless attitude to their patients.

An hour before my appointment I was told they don't accept my insurance! After waiting for 2-1/2 months, and new ultrasounds (which dr.doer ordered) Then the girl on the phone was super rude and not pleasant to deal with.

Outrageous priced 700.00 plus dollars for a 2 minute procedure and no follow up whatsoever on the results as far as a resolution to the issue or anything for that matter. In out and boom, 767.00 bill saw and spoke with him maybe 5 minutes and a 2 minute procedure.West Florida is always a ripoff.

Use this doctor if you want to entrust your health to an office that cannot be bothered to update their address and turns their phones off at 4pm despite being open till 5. This is of note because when you leave work an hour early, drive an hour to the wrong address and then spend an hour looking for an office that is now located across town (can't call because they turn the phones off) then they have the sheer audacity to call at 4:50 and ask why you didn't make your appointment. So if the customer service and business management aspect is setting such a high bar , one can only wonder about the quality of health care being provided.
