Appointment scheduling too far apart. My appointments with Dr. King since March 17, 2021 were two months apart i.e. May 12, July 7, and September 17. During the months between appointments her staff scheduled appointments for tests and because I get continued UTI's tests were not completed until September. My next appointment is on January 20, 2022. During all the waiting time, my condition has gotten worse. I realize there are other patients sicker than me, but next year I may be one of those patients. Taking continued Antibiotics is not good and I am now fighting another UTI. However, I refuse to call them because they will only give me another Antibiotic instead of solving the problem! I don't believe it is Dr. King's fault, but is The Woodlands policies, staffing, and scheduling issues.

Consultation with the doctor was professional, caring, and friendly. Office staff were friendly and well organized. Check in and wait time was minimal

Dr. King has been very knowledgeable about my condition and provides several options for me to decide the best course of action. I am seen at the appointment time and time is spent with me without me feeling like I am being rushed so another patient can be worked in.

Dr King was so kind and helpful in evaluating what all my multiple issues were with my bladder and kidneys. She ordered tests and took the time to explain what my problems are and what treatments I could choose from. I highly recommend Dr. King and the Woodlands to anyone. They have the latest treatments and their staff are very kind and patient.

I saw Dr. King today. She really listened to what has been going on with me and is determined to help me find a solution. After reading the reviews on here, I was hesitant to go to my appointment today. But, Dr. King was so kind and compassionate and fit me into her busy schedule.

It was a very, very busy office but, surprisingly, my wait was not long at all. Dr. King immediately put me at ease with her quiet, professional manner. She seems to want to be very thorough and ordered the tests I was expecting. Look forward to seeing her again and hoping to resolve my problem

Very informative and knowledgeable. My previous Urologist was not proactive with my healthcare. Dr. King told us things about stroke and how it effects the bladder. We were very impressed with her and I have already referred others to her.
