Sat at the lab for over an hour only to find out that they hired two incompetent individuals to sit at the desk. What is the point in me "signing in" if you're just going to cross me off your list and call everyone that's come in after me to check in? Absolutely horrible customer service, and even worse recruiting.

Veterans Beware! I received a bill for $133.00 from Baptist Medical Group, Atlanta, GA. The original bill was for $123.00 for a follow-up office visit with my surgeon on 4/ 03/ 2023. Baptist Medical Group had VA authorization for my medical services until July 2, 2023. However, Baptist Medical Group did not comply with VA Community Care guidelines and submit the claim in a timely manner (180 days). VA Community Care Providers do not receive full payment for their services. Baptist Medical Group agreed to the conditions of treating veterans, but it appears that they are not willing to comply with VA guidelines. Unfortunately, veterans are sometimes scammed into paying the full amount of a bill, and in this case an additional $10.00. A grievance has been reported to the Department of Veteran's Affairs. It is Baptist Medical Groups' responsibility to comply with their agreement with the VA, not to scam veterans.

Lab Best lab drawl I've ever had. Mel did excellent in getting my blood with just a small pinch, and no bruising afterwards. Alana was quick, efficient, and very professional at check-in. Was expecting a huge crowd, but was in and out very quick. I'd give more stars if more were available. Thank you Baptist Airport Lab for the wonderful experience.

Heather Williams is very unprofessional and she doesn't want to listen to my concerns. I recently got out of the hospital and was told to follow up with her which I did. However when I was trying to explain my hospital visit she didn't want to hear anything I was saying. I don't feel like we align well and she doesn't know how to communicate with me. She walked out on me twice when I was trying to talk to her. I will never go back to her ever again

I wanted to get in to see a primary doctor and was told I wouldn't be seen until May! It's a shame a new facility can't even see patients until months down the road. What's the point of paying for a giant new hospital if they won't even see anyone.

I had an initial appointment with Dr. Williams PA-C. I felt she was not invested in what obstacles I am facing. The appointment was rushed through and she did not listen to my concerns and could not be bothered to even look at the medicines I brought to show her that I am taking to try to help my issues. She blew it off. Maybe because they were not prescribed and only vitamins, I’m not sure what the reasoning was. During the visit she let me know that the community of Pensacola has outgrown the services that they can provide and if I needed more time it could be wise for me to look outside my community for help. While this may be true, for someone like me who is desperate for help it was like a punch in the kidneys. That’s just my experience. I am sure she is a good person but as a doctor, I will not be back to see her again.
