List of Baptist Medical Group Primary Care - East Hill's Reviews
Dr. Lindsay is a doctor that actually listened. I was in a lot of pain, thinking it was my gallbladder. He sent me straight to diagnostics and turned out it wasn’t functioning and had to be removed. I feel so grateful to be heard and listened to without having to go through weeks or months of trying things.
I’m so grateful to have found this office close to where I live. Everyone who works here are super helpful and even worked my son in on a pinch when we were about to go out of town. Finding a doctors office these days where they actually care is a rarity. Thanks so all you guys do. My family appreciates you!
Dr lindsay is rude and slightly discriminatory against conditions he's uncomfortable with. He refused to properly screen and diagnose my husband.
Dr. Lindsay and the staff were amazing. Everyone was encouraging, uplifting, patient, kind, and so much more. This has been the first Primary Care that I’ve been to that I felt more like a person and less like a number.
After Dr Tuel left practice the level of care decreased to bare minimum. My husband went in for follow up with dizziness, nausea and vomiting expecting at least changed in meds since they were not helping or additional testing. Well…. He left with refills on medication given by urgent care and wait for ENT appt (October). Shame! 2 weeks later we found out he has a brain tumor. YOU FAILED taking care of my husband. I wish I could give you “0” zero stars.
Best in the area for keeping you going!
I have only had delightful experiences at BMG’s family physician group, and would recommend, however, I would not recommend one doctor as after seeing her on my most recent visit left me in tears. I’d like to note, this is not about the nurses or office staff as they were all helpful and kind, it is about the doctor I saw during this particular visit, Dr. Melanie Woodall. I was seeing Dr. Woodall as my usual doctor, Dr. Wallace(who I highly recommend!) was on vacation. Dr. Woodall lacked any compassion or empathy. It was if her mind was made up on why I was there prior to coming into the room and was rude from the moment she opened the door. Didn’t say hello or introduce herself. She told me she refused to help me as it made her feel uncomfortable. Didn’t discuss alternatives or even where I was struggling. Barely spent five mins with me before she left the room with nothing but a “no.” Dr. Woodall left me in complete tears as I didn’t feel like she cared for me at all. I would never recommend her. Again, this is not about the office at all, only Dr. Woodall, as I have seen other doctors and all have been a delight. Also, shoutout to the office manager Abby, who was so kind and patient with me when the nurses told her about my awful experience with Dr. Woodall.
Tristyn bi-monthly speech appointment. Speech therapy for preemies: By time of this appointment, T and I have gone through many obstacles just to make his appointments stayed on schedule.. this didnt always work out in my favor, after i voiced my concern to both Laura and Amy, they had gone above and beyond to insure my son's schedule for them both did not conflict with our everyday schedule. Forever grateful. #yourcbdstorecollierville
Dr Tuel is a great doctor. He pays attention to what you are saying and discusses the solution rather than just making a decision for treatment without any input from the patient I'm going to miss him when he leaves
Dr. Tuel is the greatest. He actually listens to you. He doesn't just change your meds to new ones. He talks to you about why and asks what you think. He will be leaving us so we must find another PCP. But He will be missed.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
