List of Baptist Medical Group - Urgent Care At Airport's Reviews
Having made an online appointment did not eliminate wait times, as the clinic also accepted walk-in clients. After waiting for an hour after my scheduled appointment time, I was seen in the order that I arrived.
Had to go after work and was in and out and everyone was so kind!
I've previously had good experiences here, but yesterday was the opposite. I went in with a hurt foot that I was concerned might have a fracture or pulled/torn tendon or ligament. The PA barely even touched or looked at my foot once she saw it wasn't swollen. The x-ray didn't show a break so they sent in a nurse to put an ace bandage on it - the nurse didn't know how to use the Velcro ace bandage and I had to SHOW HER and they told me to see my own Dr for a referral to Ortho. If I were able to get in with my own Dr in a timely manner, I wouldn't have been at urgent care in the first place. Overall really disappointed after years of good experiences here.
***DO NOT GO HERE! DO NOT GO HERE! DO NOT GO HERE!*** You will get negligent doctors and no help and then a bill for the pleasure. They call you saying they care about ypur experience but they do not. Long wait times, doctor barely saw me and didn't bother to actually look at my hurt ankle just ordered an xray and left again. After the xray I got told no broken bones and I'd get a boot (actually just a script for a boot). I didn't get told what the injury could be (like a sprain or otherwise), doctor didn't wrap it (hurt myself in a similar way once and the doctor then wrapped it to actually help me), and no one even asked if I was in pain which I was and am. I didn't get any recommendation for what I could do for pain at all. I guess I'm glad to have gotten an xray to know nothings broken but otherwise this visit was pointless and the staff are civil, but only the woman who wheeled me to my car was actually nice. Wish a place that would actually help was covered by my insurance. The one star is for the xray and the nice woman otherwise if I could it'd be 0 stars ***Editing to add I got a call from a pt doctor and since the doctor I saw was negligent I had no idea I might need pt so I was very confused when i received that call since no one told me to expect that. After that call I received one from the urgent care informing me about the pt doctor (to cover themselves I assume) and saying they wanted to hear more about my experience (I called back but left a vm and after a week it seems like they don't care to know my experience now) and they said the doctor made an "error". He would have to have actually done something to make an error, but he didn't because he was negligent. I only saw the xray of my ankle but not my foot which I think they might have taken and if not they should have because my foots been bad too but the doctor wouldn't know that since he didn't bother to actually do his job and look at anything. He left the wrap I had one and just poked my ankle, didn't look at thr ankle or my foot or my other knee or elbow all of which were hurt. Had he not been negligent and actually spent more than a minute in the room maybe I would have actually gotten proper care. I wish I could have my copay and my time back. Terrible place.
the staff was really nice when I went and the wait time was low but there were some issues with referrals. I was referred to a foot doctor & the place they referred called me and said they didn’t accept my insurance, so I let urgent care know so then they referred me to Brooks. Brooks never contacted me or answered my calls (which seems normal from their reviews) so I contacted urgent care again & was referred to the first place again that didn’t take my insurance. I ended up just finding my own place to go
I am traveling from Georgia and staying in the Pensacola area. While on my trip I started feeling ill and decided to visit this Urgent Care. I am so very grateful for Whitney and the time she took to uncover my illness and talk through treatment options. I appreciate the plain way in which she spoke, her frankness and her approach/bedside manner. I genuinely felt like she cared for me and wanted to find the best treatment in my circumstances. She was not even phased by the fact that I was there past closing time. I mattered tonight and for that I am so grateful! Thank you Whitney!!! You made my night!
Came in with an injured ankle. Staff was friendly and efficient (including the front desk, medical assistant, and X-ray techs). Dr. Russo was to the point and got me the answers I was looking for, adding a little humor in the mix. Exactly what I needed today from Urgent Care. Thank you Dr. Russo!
The staff took forever to get to us and once we were finally in our room (more like a closet) they still took forever and I could hear the nurses just chatting it up and laughing down the hall. Even heard one lady say, "Maybe the rest of the patients will get tired of waiting and leave." Meanwhile my father-in-law has had a broken ankle that needed tending to for the last 2 hours. Not worth the wait.
Friendly and professional staff. Lightning fast service. Clean facilities. Really good experience here.
two hour wait when I found a doctor she was very frustrated and near tears and said their was 15 people ahead of us for her a one other dr in the waiting room only 3 people went in ahead of us Baptist should be ashamed to run a facility this way

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
