List of Barry Ripps's Reviews
I adore Dr. Ripps. He has been so sweet, patient and sympathetic. We are currently undergoing treatment with him and his team and could not be happier. I am blessed to be under their care.
Reading some of these reviews in “todays times” are quite typical in the way society has ruined American humanity and especially morality. Because of spiritual or religious beliefs or political concerns currently ignored in society today, it is clear that a good man standing firm in his beliefs be looked down upon. 18 years ago, my wife and I seen Dr. Ripps. From experience, I understand the direct and straight forward personality he exhibits. He goes beyond just a diagnosis. Without his concerns we would have never found the endometriosis nor the cancer that was at the time rare in form. Dr. Ripps was and thank God, seems to have stood firm without waiver , in his beliefs. (HE/HIM) is just one MAN that truly believes in helping couples (HE and SHE). So, if whoever reads these reviews just understand that Dr. Barry Ripps is just a man that has been blessed by “HIS” hands to assist in the possible direction in conceiving a child. It may not be the answer you want to hear but know he is true to his words. To Dr. Barry Ripps and his staff: Thank you for everything you do and after 18 years I’m sure the walls in your office is absolutely covered in photos of every child that has been born from the direction and assistance from Dr. Ripps. Oh, and our son is 17 and is healthy and still considered a blessing. Thank you for everything you did with me personally and my wife personally. Without your true care, concern and medical knowledge, we wouldn’t be where we are today. Thank you.
BEWARE!!! First, let me say the receptionist and nurses were amazing, caring, & reassuring. I loved seeing them when I came in, and felt supported in EVERY way. However, there was a blonde curly-haired woman in the back of the front office who insisted, several times, I pay out-of-pocket & in full, rather than verifying my insurance (& only owed a 10% co pay). Then, meeting with Dr. Ripps was, by far, one of The MOST unsettling medical experiences I’ve had. Not only did he wait 2 months into the poking, prodding, & testing to tell me the plan we initially discussed was NOT recommended due to age (which he knew from the beginning), immediately after throwing a monkey-wrench in what I thought was “the (our) plan”, he COMFORTABLY sits back in his chair, fingers intertwined, & says…”Do you mind if I ask you a question? So, do you really think racism still exists in this day and time in our country?” Then, proceeds to argue his case, whilst stating “how far things have come”…WITH A SMILE! He even suggested experiencing the plight of POCs because of his religion (chosen disclosure) and minority family friends. I’m not sure why he was so comfortable in thinking this was acceptable conversation, with ANY client, but I’m grateful for the opportunity to see…him. It was a BOLD, & RECKLESS, & I was…uncomfortable. I’m not insinuating there was ill intent, however, I do believe in protecting myself & avoiding potential risks/threats with regard to my body. I haven’t been & don’t plan to go back, nor would I ever recommend him…to anyone! Please be careful who you chose as your provider, and who you allow access to your reproductive process.
My experience with Dr Ripps was very cold and uncaring, essentially telling my husband and I that we had no hope of conceiving our own genetic child. I left the office in tears my final visit there . Thankfully my husband and I conceived a child on our own within months after. Based on our experience with him, I do not recommend using them.
I saw Dr. Ripps for my initial consultation via Zoom. He informed my husband and me our chances of conceiving based on my medical history. He shared their process and how they monitor for a full month without medications. I ended up doing IVF due to having low AMH and it went smoothly. I'm currently 35w pregnant with twins and couldn't be more thankful to make our dreams a reality.
Can’t believe the attitude of Tracy M. Dr Ripps was thorough and gave her sound medical advice. She just got lucky! Tracy M should be overjoyed with that baby, but instead she sounds ungrateful and hateful. People are just CRAZY. (She also seems to have a bunch of negative things to say about several physicians locally) I’m grateful every day to Dr Ripps and his great staff at NewLIFE. I was 41 at delivery. Endometriosis Stage 2, low AMH & 30lbs overweight (until I finally listened to Dr. Ripps). Dr. Ripps & his staff were definitely my cheerleaders. Shame on Tracy M.
Since we began seeing this doctor, we've felt like we are bothering them to get pregnant. Wild.! Nothing has happened. No drugs. No treatments.. we rarely if ever get a call back . This is a terrible office
Success on the first round 👍🏼 Nice staff too
I started my journey in September of 2018. The entire staff is kind and so helpful! Even during hard times they never gave up on me. I am currently expecting twins and would recommend New Leaders in Fertility to anyone looking for help starting their family!
Horrible Bed Side Manner, did not bother to find out my health issues just wanted to take our money and make a baby. No baby, lots of money wasted.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
