Dr. RANEY takes the time to really listen. This is an awesome practice! He gives solid advise and feel he uses the least evasive procedures first. Follow up has always been offered! I appreciate Dr. Raneys conceren for his patients.

Always late for appointments. More so than any other doctor I’ve been with. They usually get your prescriptions called in incorrectly and when you try to call or your pharmacy tries to call to rectify, they will not answer. Once I was told they would have the prescription ready and they went on vacation. Expect no shorter than an hour and a half wait and his assistants are horrific. No bedside manor and this group is extremely rude. I hate coming here because of the wait and if you are 10 minutes late they reschedule. Today I was late at 815.rescheduled to 11 and still nothing at 1130 with My missed appointment?! How long would I have had to wait if the appointment for 815 would have shown up. In fact I Had one other 815 appointment once, waited an hour and a half just to get to the room then another 45 for the doctor. Not going back

Took off work. Showed up on time for appointment. Did not bring in paperwork in and was immediately turned away. No offer to reschedule. Going elsewhere.Spouse went there and said Dr.Rainey was a good doctor, though.FYI- He is semi-retired and takes Fridays off and doesn’t have many openings.

Dr Raney is AWESOME, I transferred to his care in March 2020 because I wasn’t getting adequate care. Since seeing Dr Raney he has always listened to me and is proactive in my care. Dr Raney identified concerns that he made sure I was referred to the appropriate doctor. Thank you so much Dr Raney

I've only been seeing Dr Ramey for a few years....he is so kind and considerate and takes time to listen to my concerns....just love his nurse and all the office staff

I have been a patient of Dr. Raney for 27 years. I could tell that when we first met, he was an excellent doctor. He is kind, friendly, compassionate and has empathy when dealing with his patients ( Excellent bedside manner ). If you have questions about your treatment or prescribed tests and medications, Dr. Raney will answer as honest as science will let him. He has helped me numerous times, when I had entered the dark space within ourselves. People love him because he cares and it shows.

I've been using Dr Raney for about 10 yrs. He has always been very courteous to me and has an excellent bedside manner. He takes as much time as I need and openly discusses and explains any questions I may have. Sometimes the wait is lengthy but not as bad as some offices. I usually don't wait more than an hour. He shows genuine concern for his patients; I recommend him to others when asked.
