Physician does not have a good bedside manner . No compassion orcommunicative skills. Physician woke client 83 year old at 530am to explain procedure . Patient did not understand procedure Family was notified after procedure was scheduled. Family was in turmoil trying to find out what type of procedure was being performed. Family was distraught. We as a family were told by the physician “he is a busy man and cannot be bothered with letting any family member know about a surgery.” He was too busy to explain a procedure prior to preforming a procedure on a family member until we threaten to cancel procedure. Rude and disrespectful! Physician was confronted after surgery about our unhappiness of him not contacting us . Told us we could put in writing to the director.

Wonderful bedside manner, was very caring an explained everything. Also very detailed in explaining procedure an after care. I will diffinetly return should I ever need he services again.

He is the worst doctor that I have ever went to. He did surgery on my ankle left a screw in my ankle. That is not connected to anything just floating around I have to have another surgery to take that screw out that has no business being left in there. The plate removed because I’m having so much problems as I said, he is the worst doctor that I have went to to have a Nother surgery to fix what he did and his office people some are nice and some are not when you go in and ask for help and she just sits in the chair does not bother to look at the problem or anything and you still pay for the office visit give me a break oh excuse me that’s why I had to go to the office never met the Doctor.

I fell and fractured my humerus back in May. The ER referred me to a trauma surgeon Dr. Turnbow. He saw me very quickly and did surgery the next day. He had to put a plate down the entire humerus bone and said there would be a long scar and apologized. I just laughed and told him not to worry about the scar, it was just wonderful to be out of pain! That was 4 months ago and I am doing great and still going to OT. Dr. Turnbow is an excellent surgeon and his staff is exceptional. I highly recommend him.
