Very good Doctor. I called to make an appointment and I was told he is no longer available . I have been searching google to try and find out where he is at so I can follow him to whatever facility he is at until he has his own.

Changing primary care physicians late in life can be somewhat disconcerting, but when your previous physician retires, you are left with few options. Dr. Ruen's easy-going personality and emphasis on good medical care made my transition easy.

My granddaughter sees Dr Ruen, which she really likes. The only problem is getting someone to call you back when you need to make an appointment. As of right now, it lacks 2 days being 2 weeks that I have been calling. Someone tried calling back on the 4th or 5th day, but I missed the call, now cannot get a return call.

Dr Ruen is by far the Absolute best Doctor I’ve EVER had. My insurance broker just contacted me to inform me that we’d be changing plans/companies and I told him “I don’t care what company we use, I just refuse to switch primary care doctors” The staff is always nice. His nurse always greets me by name and very attentive! Best part of it all, the wait time is NEVER more than 5 minutes MAX! -Robert Gephardt

My wife saw Dr Ruen only once and liked him but the staff was horrendous incompetent and attitude to go with it. It took over a week to get a prescription filled after numerous calls and unanswered messages. To get it filled and our complaint answered came with an attitude as if it was our fault. My wife was in tears and I had to intervene. They filled 3 prescriptions and one went to wrong pharmacy. Today we open the bottle and realize the dosage is wrong. We are tired of dealing with it. What is going on in that office? We will find a new doctor. Again, nice doctor, bad business.
