Listens well, is very throrough.

My wife went to him in mid February for nausea and vomiting. He performed an endoscopy.In the results meeting the day of the endoscopy he gave the result which was negative. He then setup a digestive test for a couple of weeks later in early March. To this day, April 22, we have not heard the result of that test from him. We called several times and he still has not called back. I had to take the wife to the emergency room for the same symptoms in early April because she couldn't eat or keep anything down. The emergency room doctor put her on an IV and ordered a CT scan of the stomach area and found massive cancer on her left kidney. That was causing the nausea and vomiting. He immediately admitted her to the hospital and after more tests from a specialist the decision was made to remove the kidney. We still have not heard from Dr. Speer or his office! He is irresponsible and flippant!! I am in contact with 2 Attorneys. Also, I am filing a complaint with the Medical Review Board.

This is my 3rd procedure with Dr. Speer. Always goes very smoothly. Caring staff and no waiting.

Dr. Speer is absolutely wonderful. Very caring and understanding bedside manner, explains the procedures and what he had to do before and after. Every staff member made me feel safe and well taken care of. Dr. Speer wasn't happy that he didn't find anything to explain my symptoms with an upper endoscopy so he took it upon himself to schedule me for a colonoscopy (instead of telling me to talk to my gastroenterologist about further testing and therefore prolonging my agony). I'm so very grateful for all he did because he found the issue and was able to take care of it for me. I'm healing well and feeling so much better. Whenever I need to repeat these tests or others I will be personally requesting Dr. Speer! Thank you to the doctor and the wonderful staff!

I had a very good experience during my initial appointment with Dr. Speer. Little to no wait. Pleasant and efficient staff. Dr. Speer was thorough. I never felt rushed. He listened and asked follow-up questions. He clearly explained his recommendations and made sure he answered all my questions. Very professional. I read the visit report he wrote afterwards for my record, and I was amazed at how complete and extensive it was. Glad I found him.
