List of Charles Knight's Reviews
Great doctor. I have been seeing Dr. Knight for almost 2 years now. No complaints. I have referred him to a number of co-workers of mine.
My visit went extremely well.Dr Knight was very patient and understanding and I felt he was really trying to help me. I am very glad I didn’t listen to the reviews because it was not the case.He is a caring Dr.and I appreciated his patience with me. I definitely would tell people to go to him.I just feel bad because I did leave a review but I didn’t see it posted so I am redoing it .There must have been some misunderstandings if anyone had a bad experience.Because my visit went so well and his staff were great also.Thank you DrKnight
Dr Knight and his staff have been wonderful. Very thorough and very kind. Listening to all of my issues and addressing each one. I highly recommend this doctor
Saw the physician, was prescribed medication. The office will not send or give me my prescriptions. I have called them several times and they do not respond. He was fine and very through but his office personnel are lacking.
I absolutely love Dr Knight and his MA Renay her response time is awesome she always calls me back and sends my refills in promptly Dr Knight stays on top of my labs and always reminds me of the things I need to do to keep me happy he's stern but most of the time I need it keep up the good work 👏
I hate to write disheartening reviews but Dr. knight didn’t seem too interested in my husbands current blood pressure issues. He seemed very irritated with the questions we asked. The office takes weeks to return calls regarding refills of medications for blood pressure issues. We had to even ask for repeat labs and the ones we were concerned about the most still were not ordered. I hate to be so direct and sound rude but I would not recommend him as a primary care physician.
It took 6 weeks and 4 voicemails for a patient concierge to return my call to get registered. The phone system is ridiculous and the only professional staff is at the front desk. I made an initial appointment to go over my meds & conditions but did not need refills at the time. Dr Knight acted like I was wasting his time but I wanted my info documented for future refills/referrals. It took 13 days to get one medication refilled and he (or his tech) refused to refill my beta blocker and PPI; saying I need to return to the specialists for said meds and left it at that. No referrals offered to get said meds or refills to get me through. These are not controlled medications and I have an arrhythmia with nothing to control it. These people will put your health at risk
I was one minute late because I spent 10 mins looking for a park and he refused to see me knowing another appointment we a month out. As a new patient this is not how I want to start a relationship.
If you don't mind taking alot of test or being used as a guinea pig this is the office for you, however when you try to get a call back you will see just how much they think of you as a patient. Worst service ever. I really don't want to give them a star at all.
I've been seeing Dr Knight for 15+ years. He takes what I say seriously, addresses my concerns with clear and relevant information, orders tests and refers me to other doctors as appropriate. He is professional, accessible, and communicative.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
